El día de hoy, después de hacer mis tareas en el hogar, me preparaba para grabar mi próxima presentación para el concurso semanal de música llamado The Singing Voice de la comunidad de #pukumundo.
Mientras probaba una canción tras otra para ver cual encajaba mejor en el post, me percaté de algo sumamente hermoso en mi cuenta de #hive, y se trataba de mi reputación. Y es que después de tantos años de esfuerzo y dedicación al fin alcancé el nivel 72.
Inmediatamente llamé a mi esposa y le comenté acerca de la hazaña, y nos pusimos muy felices ya que nuestra trayectoria en esta plataforma ha estado marcada por mucha entrega y sacrificio. No es fácil avanzar acá cuando se es solo un desarrollador de contenido.

Today, after doing my homework, I was preparing to record my next performance for the weekly music contest called The Singing Voice of the #pukumundo community.
As I was trying out song after song to see which one fit the post the best, I noticed something so beautiful on my #hive account, and it was my reputation. And it is that after so many years of effort and dedication I finally reached level 72.
I immediately called my wife and told her about her feat, and we were very happy since our career on this platform has been marked by a lot of dedication and sacrifice. It's not easy advance here when you're just a content developer.
Los inicios de mi experiencia hablan de que hay que saber guiarse con la manada, que no siempre la mayoría elige el camino correcto, y que si quieres tener una identidad dentro de la plataforma debes ser original.
Acá tocamos por primera vez la palabra Original, uno de los pilares fundamentales en la carrera, a este rasgo se le debe respeto, y es tan definidor que entre miles de posts sabemos quien se distingue del resto y quien no, y hasta ahora podemos diferenciar, tanto en la música y como en otros temas, una cantidad conservadora de usuarios que mantienen el apoyo gracias a su esencia única y emprendedora.
Sin duda, cada peldaño alcanzado se debe celebrar, por muchas razones, principalmente porque mientras más arriba se vuelve más duro y también porque es una meta que representa una cantidad de votos y curaciones ganadas. En este aspecto todos somos medidos por la misma regla, con los mismos derechos y deberes.
The beginnings of my experience speak of the fact that you have to know how to guide yourself with the herd, that the majority does not always choose the right path, and that if you want to have an identity within the platform you must be original.
Here we touch for the first time the word Original, one of the fundamental pillars in the career, respect is due to this trait, and it is so defining that among thousands of posts we know who stands out from the rest and who does not , and so far we can differentiate, both in music and in other topics, a conservative number of users who maintain support thanks to its unique and entrepreneurial essence.
Without a doubt, each step reached should be celebrated, for many reasons, mainly because the higher it gets, the harder it gets and also because it is a goal that represents a number of votes and heals earned. In this aspect we are all measured by the same rule, with the same rights and duties.
Cuando yo toco puntos sobre mí, sobre las cosas que hago y las metas que he logrado, nunca dejo de indicarle a mis seguidores y lectores de donde vengo. Y es que me parece tan gracioso como un hombre con problemas de organización, sumamente ocupado por el trabajo, viviendo en un país tan crítico como Venezuela, padre de familia, y que además haya pasado toda la adolescencia haciendo rock pesado a travesando las regiones de mi país, pueda tener videos de presentaciones musicales tan bonitos y bien hechos en esta plataforma digital.
Esto es algo que hace cinco años atrás cuando empecé en Steemit, y posteriormente en el 2020 con la fantástica #Hive, no me lo hubiese creído.
Antes de haber entrado en este ecosistema no tenía nada de esto en mi cabeza, no tenía los conocimientos de pararme frente a una cámara, no sabía editar videos, y había redactado poco como para tener esta organización que tengo ahora; y me lleno de orgullo y felicidad cuando me comentan mis posts otros músicos o moderadores de las comunidades, y cada reconocimiento recibido a partir de mi labor.
When I touch on points about myself, about the things I do and the goals I have achieved, I never fail to show my followers and readers where I come from. And it is that I find it so funny as a man with organizational problems, extremely busy with work, living in a country as critical as Venezuela, father of a family, and who has also spent his entire adolescence making heavy rock through the regions of my country, can have videos of such beautiful and well-done musical presentations on this digital platform.
This is something that five years ago when I started in Steemit, and later in 2020 with the fantastic #Hive, I would not have believed it.
Before entering this ecosystem, I did not have any of this in my head, I did not have the knowledge to stand in front of a camera, I did not know how to edit videos, and I had written little to have the organization that I have now; And I am filled with pride and happiness when other musicians or community moderators comment on my posts, and every recognition received from my work.
Una de las cosas a las que nos debemos los usuarios más antiguos dentro de #Hive es a colaborar con los nuevos usuarios, aportarles los conocimientos iniciales y brindarles las herramientas primarias para que aborden el tren con lo básico, y lo más importante, que no se sientan solos. Esto ayudaría mucho a que sigamos creciendo como comunidad y evitaríamos el abandono de muchos recién llegados por falta de apoyo.
La calidad de nuestras publicaciones es indispensable, ya que a mayor reputación tendremos mayor número de lectores, por lo tanto pasaríamos a ser el ejemplo de los que buscan una guía para sus publicaciones. La idea es siempre ir a más, mejorar la redacción, organizar nuestros textos. Trabajando en conjunto lograremos más y mejores vibraciones para nuestra comunidad.
Mientras tanto seguiré celebrando mi nuevo nivel de reputación, prometiendo dar siempre lo mejor de mí y dedicar mi tiempo en esta #web3, para mejorar como desarrollador de contenido, y colaborar con los demás usuarios.

One of the things that we, the oldest users within #Hive, owe ourselves to is to collaborate with new users, provide them with initial knowledge and provide them with the primary tools so that they board the train with the basics, and most importantly, that they don't they sit alone. This would help a lot to continue growing as a community and we would avoid the abandonment of many newcomers due to lack of support.
The quality of our publications is essential, since the higher the reputation we will have the greater number of readers, therefore we would become the example of those who seek a guide for their publications. The idea is always to go further, to improve the writing, to organize our texts. Working together we will achieve more and better vibrations for our community.
In the meantime, I will continue celebrating my new level of reputation, promising to always give my best and dedicate my time in this #web3, to improve as a content developer, and collaborate with other users.

Es correcto, y es como todo, siempre necesitamos un restablecimiento de los valores, porque mientras usuarios van y vienen se pierde parte de la motivación. Es bueno que los más antiguos y constantes mantengamos el orden.
