What's the distinction between documentary and record photography? (ENG-ESP)

Is documenting the same as recording? At first glance, they seem identical, but in my opinion, there's a slight difference.

Documenting requires arduous work immersing oneself in a story, with the purpose of obtaining information as close to reality as possible, without judgments beyond the prioritization of the data.

In contrast, recording shares the same principle, but unlike documenting, it aims to capture information quickly, without requiring a rigorous immersion process.

¿Documentar es lo mismo que registrar? A simple vista parecen lo mismo, pero en mi opinión considero que hay una ligera diferencia.

Documentar requiere un arduo trabajo de inmersión en una historia, con el propósito de obtener la información lo más apegada a la realidad, sin juicios más allá de la jerarquización de los datos.

En cambio, el registro tiene el mismo principio, pero, a diferencia de la documentación, busca obtener la información de una manera rápida, que no requiera un proceso riguroso de inmersión.
