Since last year, if I am not mistaken, I have seen a resurgence of the rock scene in Valencia, Venezuela. This city is often called the "capital of Venezuelan rock", but years ago, reggaeton and the economic crisis of the country diminished the local concerts and shows.

Now the reality is different, although there is still a long way to go. And I say this because the number of attendees was reduced in a small bar, but even so, the audience enjoyed a night of hard rock, progressive rock, and heavy metal, by the bands Grand Bite, Alto Voltaje, and Walo Project.

Each one with a different style, even though they were relatively similar genres. It had been a long time since I had attended a rock event, and I had a great time, doing one of the things I like the most: taking pictures, and listening to good music.

Desde el año pasado, si no me equivoco, he visto un resurgimiento de la escena rock en Valencia, Venezuela. De hecho, esta ciudad suele ser llamada la “capital del rock venezolano”, pero años atrás, el reggaeton y la crisis económica del país mermaron los conciertos y toques locales.

Ahora la realidad es otra, aunque todavía falte mucho. Y digo esto porque la cantidad de asistentes era reducida en un bar pequeño, pero aun así el público disfrutó de una noche de Hard rock, Rock progresivo y Heavy metal, por parte de las bandas Grand Bite, Alto Voltaje y Walo Project.

Cada una con un estilo diferente, pese a pasearse entre géneros relativamente similares. Tenía mucho tiempo sin asistir a un evento de rock, y la pasé muy bien, haciendo una de las cosas que más me gusta: tomar fotos, y escuchar buena música.
