I've experienced so much disappointments, difficulties and challenges in life. Some of which led to a prolonged state of depression (at some point); some led to a state of subtle privacy, and yet some others led me to question God's plan and purpose in my life.

I question, neither because I doubt nor because I deny it, but I'd love to be clarified. Walking down the road in the midst of uncertainty is quite worrisome. We'd always wish things were a bit clearer, so that we understand the path clearly. But, if it isn't, we just have to keep the hope alive, and keep moving. But this certainly won't be an easy experience.

I believe everyone is unique and different; everyone has their unique experience and unique path. If, lets say, 15 people were to get to a destination following the same path, same road, same experience and same feeling. It will be a boring story; nothing will make each one's journey be unique. However, this isn't the case with the journey of life, as no two humans will have the same experience and same path, even if the destination is the same.

This has been my source of consolation, and I strive to make the little steps I can, yet still focused on my goal. Infact, I am not at the state I thought I'd be presently, yet I'm not in the worst state. However, my trust in God is unwavering and I believe I'd be better soon.

Also, in all things I'd continue to give praise, thanks and adoration to God because I can always feel His presence in every step I make towards the same destination.

Today, I wish to share with you all a lovely musical piece I made with my good friend and brother, @onos-f.

It may seem as though we've been presenting many music together as though we were neighbours or are living together, but the truth is that the opportunity comes rarely. In fact, it may take a while for us to have this kind of opportunity. That's why whenever we have the opportunity to be in the same state, we try to meet up and create music together.

For this music, we decided to present a cover of Casting Crown by the Gospel artist Nathaniel Bassey. The music still re-echoes the necessity of giving praise and adoration to God who reigns on high.

I've begun to challenge myself by doing more of vocal presentations to get better at singing. I know this will be pertinent for me, if I seek improvement and mastery of the skill. Hence, for this piece I sang. But, onos-f played 3 different musical instruments at the same time... hehe

  • guitar
  • leg stomping as natural metronome
  • and natural mouth flute

He's a really multi-talented instrumentalist, or for those who've watch the Avatar series (Last Air bender), onos-f can be classified as a Music-bender... he uses everything to make music (lol).

I hope you enjoy the fun, the liveliness and the happiness from this presentation.

Lyrics

Casting Crowns
Lifting hands
Bowing hearts
Is all we've come to do

Adonai, Adonai, Adonai
You reign on high
We will rise, in Your name
Adonai, You reign on high

I love Nathaniel Bassey. Definitely my best Gospel artiste. I never thought I'd see you singing. The song was a bit too fast paced, getting it slower was going to bring out that emotion. But all the same, lovely rendition. It was giving me the Jeremiah Gyan vibes.

The song was a bit too fast paced,

Yes!!!
Things only @onos-f can do πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…

Sometimes it happens and we find it had to control the pace. Most times it's the beginning or intro of the song that directs the pace... and if you're not conscious you'll be running 100 meters senior boys in your song πŸ˜…

Thank you so much baba
I'm just trying to sing a lot, incase I get to be with only acoustic guitar...

@ksam actually observed this. Maybe I was enjoying the music so much and I cared less about the speed or maybe I was in haste to finish the section and run home for time sake. Which ever way, this feedback cannot be thrown into a trash can. Greetings to you dear master @josediccus
