Hive Music Festival - Week 5 - Round 2 | Thousand Years by Christiana Perri

Greetings to everyone; my dear online audience and beloved online Judges.
Welcome to Hive Music Festival, Week 5 round 2.
Hive Music Festival is a musical event on Hive, in our noble Music Community. It is an event focused on celebrating great music and great musicians; to show our musical skills, share our musical expressions and pass across our wonderful messages with our music.
For this week, I'll be presenting a cover of one of my most cherished love songs by Christiana Perri titled Thousand Years.
The song, A Thousand Years, is a beautiful love song that speaks about timeless love.
Christiana Perri, in the voice of the protagonist, speaks about how long she waited to be with the one whom she truly loves. For her, time cannot be a hindrance to what they share. No matter the challenges, hindrance or difficulties they experience, they would surely fight it together.
Loving someone for a thousand years implies timeless or endless love. This love is neither ignorant of mistakes and challenges, but is open to them. It is a love that is open to growth, that appreciates correction and that is willing to love more.
Today, I'll be sharing this awesome piece with everyone here. Although I have presented it in one of the Musical Communities on Hive, I chose to do an exclusive cover for this musical event.
In the little piece I created, I played the rhythm of the song with my guitar, at the background. I played arpeggios and I strummed the guitar as well. Then I played the melody over the little rhythm I created.
I hope you enjoy this piece.
