VIBES Week 31 / Piece Of My Soul - Original Song By Kmichealson

Hi guys!

For VIBES Week 31, I'm sharing with you guys an original song of mine, and I titled this song - Piece Of My Soul. The reason I wrote this song is about the never ending battle between the Ying and the Yang - what spiritual gurus refer to as the Ying Yang. However, when they Unite - they become ONE.

Some people may be wondering, but they never heard anything like that in the song? But that's because I represented the Ying Yang, with it's direct equivalent the Man and Woman. Also known as the Masculine Energy and the Feminine Energy.

Currently in the world, the dating dynamics between human males and females, is failing - as we're seeing more and more divorces daily. And it's because the Masculine and Feminine Energies are out of order in the dating world.

To relate what I'm saying to my song. I started with the lines

If I'm falling,
Will you save me?

Usually it's assumed in our society that a man shouldn't even fall. And if he was falling, then a female or woman that he loves shouldn't help him; because he is supposed to be this all powerful male figure. But the truth is that men need women, just the same way as women need men.

And assuming that gender equality was actually in a state of equilibrium - then a man should be able to save a woman, and a woman should be able to save a man.

I really want to point out that while both the Ying Yang (Masculine and Feminine) are equal in many regards - the Masculine controls our physical reality, and the Feminine controls our psychological reality. And since we're in a real physical world, the Masculine Energy (Man) must always lead - even though both have equal forces.

For example, Isaac Newton's First Law Of Motion stated - To every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. But note, it all starts from an ACTION - and a Man (Masculine Energy) represents that FIRST action. And the feminine energy is an equal and opposite reaction.

And that's why in my lyrics, I said

I sang this song, because of the many failing marriages and relationships between men and women. And I want there to be more happy and harmonious relationships between the genders, as it's meant to be. The current Ying Yang imbalance - is what's causing chaos; leading to more homosexuality, as more men and women cannot understand the opposite sex. So they get involved with their same sex.

In my view, the woman (Feminine Energy) is supposed to be more submissive to the man (Masculine Energy) for there to be balance - because the Masculine Energy must lead in a physical reality that we're in. However, the media is supporting this Feminine Movement - encouraging women to lead.

The media is telling females to lead in relationships, and this is a catastrophy; because it can never work - because the Man is the Action, and the Woman is always supposed to be the Reaction. The woman can never be the Action, and the Man the Reaction; because Ying Yang doesn't work that way.

My idea for this song is that when Women (Feminine Energy) listen to my lyrics. They can subconsciously know that it's a man's (Masculine) world. But it will be f#cked - if there was only Action (Masculine Energy) and no Reaction (Feminine Energy). The Man needs the Woman, and the Woman needs the Man - to maintain a balance.

While what I'm saying may seem vague, and confusing to the majority of humans - I hope that the power of music can help my message reach their subconscious, in ways that my words alone could never. I hope that you enjoy my music. Thanks guys!
