TTT: I went to Ghana
Greetings, music lovers!
I'm glad I didn't miss threetunetuesday for this week, an initiative initiated by @ablaze .
Although I almost missed it until I saw @balikis95's entry. She has a way of bringing out musics that are not common to a common man(Nigerian).

On my collection today, I decided to travel to Ghana to see R2bees, a special Ghanaian duo that made waves in years back and are still making waves.
Slow Down by R2Bees ft. Wizkid
Till today, this video is still on my phone. I just love their cool and well-coordinated lyrics.
The song said well about African beauty;
🎶🎶"Black woman skin smooth, she no dey bleach..."🎶🎶
The beat is not the hot danceable one but it offers a cool move of the body.
As you can see in the video, Wizkid looks small and innocent there, which shows that the song is an oldie, released in 2013.
The people that know this song are few, and I know you're not among them. Lol
Kiss Your Hand by R2bees and Wande Coal
Again, this is another Ghana meet Nigeria.
This song took the air when it was released, and everyone who knew this song must have danced to the sweet danceable beat.
It'll interest you to know that I can still sing the first version. I don't know how I came to memorise that verse; it's just so sweet.
When this song was released, Mo'hits was still very much on fire.
This song was released in 2010.
Tonight by R2Bees and Wizkid
I rap it up with;
🎶🎶She wants to give me tonight, oh🎶🎶
🎶🎶(raraaa tururuu).🎶🎶
Back then, Wizkid and R2Bees had a good bond, and they didn't fail to drop back-to-back collabos.
The was released in 2017.
These songs, although old but they're always new to me.
Thanks for reading.
All videos from YouTube.
I like these songs a lot Kingsleyy. And I remember vibing to them a bit back then. If you hear the quality of these songs, you'll realize that the songs being released these days can't even hold a torch to them in terms of lyrics or even music quality.
Wait!
You're telling me that you know these songs?
Okay, I'll pass on for KISS YOUR HAND, but the other two, I bet you don't know them.
Those oldie jamz are still the best👌
As per I shouldn't know them or I'm too young to know them, which one?
When these songs were released, I'm sure your parents haven't thought of putting making you 🤧
Feel free to share your ttt music (African Music selection) in Afri-tunes Community.
Thank you!🙌
