Greetings music lovers!
Going through my playlist today to select music to share for #threetunetuesday, I noticed that my collection zigzags between different genres and eras. No doubt, I'm more into throwback music which brings back a lot of memories when I play them. Also, I still find myself getting acquainted with some of the newly released music, which sums up my playlist as a to and fro pattern. Lol
In the fun of #ttt, I'll be sharing three tracks that I've been playing frequently on my phone.
Don't know what #threetunetuesday is all about, read here;
"Every Tuesday, I'm going to share three songs that I like to listen to, and I invite your feedback in the comments below. Better still, why not have a blast of your own Three Tune Tuesday and mention me in the post, and I'll come and find the post and upvote it? If you could also use the #threetunetuesday tag, that would be great, as that is what I use when sifting through all the entries every Wednesday. It'll be a sweet way for us all to discover new music. You'll also be in with a chance of winning the prize." By @ablaze.
One Naira by M.I and Waje
For two months or so, there's not a week that goes by without me playing this track on my phone. It's a song I love so much, not just for the meaning in the lyrics but also the rhythm and the weaving of the words with the beat. The song centers on how love was in the past and how it's supposed to be now. It suggests that money shouldn't matter in love, which is unfortunately the opposite of what we see in today's world. The song was released in 2010.
Declan Rice by Odumodublvck
I wasn't much of a fan of this song until Arsenal FC used it to unveil Declan Rice when he was bought from West Ham FC.
Oh yeah, Odumodublvck dedicated the song to the England player, Declan Rice, and it's one of his biggest hits. The song was released in 2023.
Nana by Peruzzi
This is one of Peruzzi's songs I can't go a day or a week without playing. I love everything about the song: the beat, the lyrics, and the video.
Recently, I've been trying to learn how to sing it well so I can join one of those singing contests.😎
This song was released 2019.
Thanks for stopping by!

Kingsleyy at it with his Jamz. Chairman, Sir, I Loyal. I do like the rap of One naira. This song was a hit and still is, and so are the rest.
I read this comment yesterday and couldn't give an instant reply because I had the mind to drag you to come and sing.
Balikis! Stop making me feel high by saying you know how to vibe to these songs and run away whenever I come to see the truthfulness 😭
🤣🤣🤣 Mr. Dragger, I go nowhere.
Sorry, Sir. In all truthfulness pardon me kind sir.
Yeye girl 😂
I'll see this as happy new year greeting. Same to you😅
Happy new year in Middle of the year
