Old songs rock

Greetings!

I'm a very musical person, though not the singing type because I've tried many times to sing and join singing contests in this blockchain, but I couldn't make a good record. I just love to listen to songs and dance with my big head, not with my legs.

I'm very musical because my phone is always playing songs whenever I'm with it. My preference revolves around particular type of music, specifically African music, popularly known as Afrobeats. It's not like I can hear all the voices and lyrics in the songs because most of them are in indigenous languages, but they are much more relatable to me compared to foreign songs like Korean music. I once heard a friend said she likes Korean music...it must be just the sounds and nothing like lyrics.

I'm very musical, and I'm a big fan of old music. I don't know, maybe it's just me, but I tend to like a song more when it's old rather than when it's new and buzzing. I share music every week, and 99% of it is basically songs from 2013 and beyond. I'm not after the genuineness of the lyrics of old music compared to what we have now; I just love playing songs that are out of fashion. To be clear, it's not like I play just anything old; I play tracks that caught my heart back then.

Way back in Nigeria, we had a lot of musical crews that combined to make songs. You know that feeling of seeing big stars assembling in one track. Let me share some of those tracks.

Booty Call:

This is from a musical crew called Mo'hits. I was so engrossed with this crew when they were trending that I had all of their songs on my phone. "Booty Call" was done by D'banj (the main owner), and he featured Don Jazzy, Wande Coal, Dr Sid, D'Prince, and K Switch. Every part of this song was and still is a hit. To this day, anytime it's played on a good sound system at a party, people must get up to dance. The song was released in 2007

Good or Bad:

This song was released in 2008 and it was a hit. It's one song that had a lot of stars in it. Not only the singers but other great songwriters graced the video. The song is owned by JMartins and featured Timaya and Psquare. In the video, we saw big people like Banky W, KC Presh (Defunct musical crew), Bracket, Chinedu Ikedieze, and many others.

Baddest Boy:

When it comes to EME Empire Record, give it to this track. This track, though owned by WizKid, was a good product of EME Record, featuring Banky W, and Skales. The song was released in 2012, and after a while, separation struck the record, and most of them left.
The song, a very party-groovy one. In the video, There were many notable faces like DJ Exclusive...

Nobody Test Me:

This track isn't as popular as the others, which makes me like it very much. It's from a musical crew called Chocolate City, and it was done by M.I, Ice Prince, and Jesse Jagz (M.I's brother). When this song was released, the Chocolate City musical crew weren't as many as they are now, but their songs were mighty.
Song was released in 2010.

These and more are the type of songs I listen to.
