From The World Cup 2026 Music Album

In this year's World Cup tournament, currently taking place in the USA, Mexico, and Canada, the football body decided to create a full album featuring great artists from all over the world to make it memorable. In this post, I'll be highlighting my top three, and I won't lie, the ones I'm very familiar with, and that's because they touched my country, even though my country didn't qualify for the football tournament.

Dai Dai

This one seems to be the biggest among them all. When I say the biggest, it's not just to me alone, but the world at large. It featured one of the ageless current musical artists we have in the world that has fine-tuned the Official FIFA World Cup songs three times already before this one, and this person is the Colombian musician, Shakira, and this song featured one of the current biggest voices in the African music industry, Burna Boy, who is from Nigeria.
This song is actually a bang. The two artists put in a good craft that gives the football tournament a good musical voice.
This song was performed at the First Opening ceremony in Mexico, and it was a wow to watch.

Goals

This is the second most interesting one to me. The official video got me clapping for Rema for displaying Nigeria Green & White Colours and mentioning Nigeria even though we aren't in the World Cup.
This song is done by three artists: Lisa, Anitta and Rema. Sincerely, this was my first time hearing about these foreign artists (Lisa and Anitta), even when people say they're global figures. This is because I don't do much of the kind of music they do.
The three artists did an excellent job in this song, and the Performance during the Opening ceremony in the USA was a blast.

The third one on my list would have been the one Davido was featured in, but that didn't make much light compared to others, so I would pick "Illuminate" by Jessie Reyez and Elyanna.

This song is excellently done, and it's one of the top songs in the FIFA 2026 World Cup albums.

Thanks for reading.
