Dance to Tekno
Greetings everyone!š
I woke up around 5:00 a.m. with a particular line in a song:
š¶"If you want to watch movies, na me get ShopRite."š¶
That's 'WASH' by Tekno.
I began to think to see if I could recollect what prompted me to remember the song; maybe it was played consistently the previous day, but no, I don't even have the song on my phone.
So I just took it as the song for the day. I downloaded it and put it on repeat, and I also made a post about it on my WhatsApp status.
Since it's a Tuesday, I decided to use it for #threetunestuesday. In case you don't know what Three Sundays is all about, you can read this:
"Every Tuesday, I'm going to share three songs that I like to listen to, and I invite your feedback in the comments below. Better still, why not have a blast of your own Three Tune Tuesday and mention me in the post, and I'll come and find the post and upvote it? If you could also use the #threetunetuesday tag, that would be great, as that is what I use when sifting through all the entries every Wednesday. It'll be a sweet way for us all to discover new music. You'll also be in with a chance of winning the prize." By @ablaze

So, let's get it going šŖ
If you're looking for a danceable love song with good pick-up lines, this is the song.
A typical afrobeat song with a good cool and hot beat coupled with a soothing and not-in-a hurry voice.
This song took over the air when it was released in the year 2015. I bet you that it wasn't just known in Africa but was global.
Tekno added enough fun to the video with his unique and twisting pattern of dance.
To me, the best way to dance to this song is with one's partner, whereby you're motioned to confess all your feelings to him or her.
This is another bang from the same album with "Wash." It's been 9 years and the faces on the video look so young, especially Tekno.
This song's beat still hits deeply today. Whenever it's played at a party, it's hard for someone who knows a good song to not nod their head in accordance with the song.
It's almost the same with "Wash," with the same cool danceable beat and the same lyrics.
As usual, the song is all about confessing love to his die-hard crush. The video matched up well with the song and the acting.
This is the kraziest of them all, with a more fast and serious beat, and hey, watch the video to see how Tekno staged up the craziness of the song with his dance moves.
It didn't just stop there; the soothing of the funny lyrics was extraordinary, and it's so good how he comfortably played with words.
I hope you enjoy dancing to these.
Thanks for reading.
