Vibes Week 32 - My Review Of @moses08 Entry

Hello Vibes,
It's Week 32, and there have been authentic and lovely entries for this week. But this particular entry that I'm reviewing today was really exceptional to me, and that's why I decided to share it with you.

Before I start my review, I want to appreciate @lordbutterfly for giving us this wonderful opportunity to enjoy beautiful music, and review them. I want to appreciate the judges of Vibes @verbal-d and @silentscreamer for their tireless work in ensuring that Vibes Community is a special community.

Today, I'm reviewing the entry of @moses08. My mind was completely blown away by his performance. He is such an amazing singer, and it was just blissful watching him sing.

Moses08 is definitely a master level singer, because presenting such an excellent musical performance isn't a walk in the park. When he began his performance, for a moment there, I thought to myself - if it was his real tone; because of how melodious he sounded. It was suiting to my ears, and it felt very raw, natural and harmonious.

He has a very wonderful voice signature. His skill with taking high notes and low notes is noteworthy. He flexed his vocal range like a true professional singer. I was practically compelled to listen to his performance several times, because of how rhythmically accurate it felt to me.

The song he sang Gravity by John Mayer - seems to be talking about how some kind of toxic love, could feel like gravity trying to bring you down. It talks about how such unpleasant relationships work against an individual who finds himself in it.

It goes on to talk about how wanting more in these kinds of relationships doesn't bring about any satisfaction, but rather keeps pulling such person down to his knees.

Due to the ambiguous nature of John Mayer's lyrics, this song is open to different interpretations to different people. However, to me it feels like a heartbreak song. And @Moses08 interpretation of it, brought out depths of emotions in his presentation.

This line above seems to express how a person in such toxic relationship may want their partner to just stay away from them. Another interpretation of this song and lyrics, might be talking about how gravity like death - has taken down better men.

Ambiguously beautiful song lyrics like this are thrilling - as it allows your mind to choose whatever interpretation that works best with you. However, it was clear that Moses08 interpreted this song perfectly in his mind - and sang it passionately. And it was captivating and very interesting to watch.

Moses08 presentation was very harmonious. His pitch was top notch, as he flowed seamlessly with the lyrics and rhythm of the song. I wholeheartedly enjoyed this entry, and I'm glad to share it with you.
