We're going To See Limp Bizkit! - TTT

Me and Aimee heard that Limp Bizkit are coming to Ireland and playing this March! As soon as the tickets went on sale we picked them up.

Break Stuff - Limp Bizkit

There's only two albums of there's that I like, Chocolate Star Fish and The Hot Dog Flavored Water. That's the first album of theirs I heard, and had, but a while later I got Significant Other, which is the one that this song is from.

Both of the albums are kickass from start to finish, and even though I stopped listening to them for a while when I got to my teens, upon going back to them in my 20s I found a new love for them.

It seemed like out of nowhere Limp Bizkit kind of became an easy target, and collectively everyone just stopped liking them, but going back to them I don't really understand where all of the hate came from.

My Generation - Limp Bizkit

I think this song is great, and was always one of my favourites off the Chocolate Starfish album.

I can't wait to see them live. They were playing in Belfast during the summer, but sadly me and Aimee never got a chance to go up and see them, which, in fairness, I don't mind now that they're coming and playing the 3Arena. It's a good venue, not too far away, and while it's expensive it's not as bad some places I've been.

Full Nelson - Limp Bizkit

This is my favourite song from this album, it was and has been since I first started listening to them. The build ups are great, and it continues to build up slowly until the ending of the song.

These guys were a great introduction to music back when I was first getting into listening to bands.

OPM, The Offspring, and Limp Bizkit and Body Count were my first introduction to heavy stuff, until a few years later when I got into metal.

I'm sure it will be a fun gig. I was not that into the who 'Nu metal' thing, but it produced some cool tracks. I think some people just didn't like Fred Durst. These big personalities can be polarising.

Rock on!

Yeah, I think it was more so him as a person who people didn't like. Also, I think it was what happened at Woodstock 99, after watching that documentary it showed that it wasn't actually his fault what happened, but before the doc I think he took a lot of the blame

I've not watched that yet. I've heard it's quite something.

Well worth checking out, it's a fairly mad one and a shock that none of the organisers ended up in prison
