RE: Jazz and Woo...

That's some smooth jazz and playing it should be good for the hand and fingers I would imagine. I'm not a jazz fan because I don't understand it, which is not a fault of jazz but is a fault of mine. I'm more into oldies and metal which is what I grew up with so it's easy and comfortable for me.

I was not familiar with Yaldabaoth but my first reading on the topic produced this:

Yaldabaoth is regarded as the malevolent Demiurge and false god of the Old Testament who generated the material universe and keeps the souls trapped in physical bodies, imprisoned in the world full of pain and suffering that he created.

Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yaldabaoth

I found it to be a pretty informative article. I guess my takeaway is that Yaldabaoth is the God of the Old Testament while Sophia is Jesus, the good God of the New Testament. And knowing this gets us into Gnostic heaven.

Having just read about this, I don't want to say much more about what I think of it. Seems best to give it some thought first rather than give a hot take on something I just found out about.

Thanks for the music and metaphysics!

Thanks for the upvote on my jazz musings (a lifetime of inadequacies)...

I have a saying about the Christian Gnostic view, "the beginning of wisdom is Marcion"...

His book The Antithesis can be found on line. It is likely best to know that I'm not a Marcionite but he gets the Torah right (from a lifetime of study and contemplation on my end)...
Or, put another way, a lifetime of studies on my end side with Marcion and his correct views on the Torah.
Stay well:)
