My Actifit Report Card: September 3 2025 - Meet The Dollheads (Young Punk Rockers)
I'm liking the Gen Z Punk Rockers and YouTube knows it. Today the algorithm showed me The Dollheads, two sisters and their brother, from Las Vegas. One sister is the singer and lead guitarist. The other sister is on bass guitar with the bro on drums. They are playing old skool punk with tons of youthful energy and they are not beyond swearing on occasion so skip them if you find that to be offensive.

This West Coast band consisted of Joan Jett and Lita Ford among other talented teenage ladies. There is even a movie about them with Kristen Stewart in it.

My Activity
for this day included normal daily motion as I went about my day.
At night I went food shopping so that added some steps as I went up and down the aisles.
After that I took my traditional nightly walk under an ever fulling moon. I feel like we'll have the actual full moon this coming weekend. Beware the lunatics! Beware crypto volatility!
I scored 6K today even with the shopping and walking. I guess I didn't move as much during the day as I have been lately. Let's see what tomorrow brings. Come back and see! And see what video or videos I will be featuring. Thanks for reading and for being my online buddy!
