My Actifit Report Card: July 22 2025 - RIP Ozzy!

Sadly I heard the news today that Rock God Ozzy Osbourne has passed. He was a heavy metal icon for the last 45 years. First as singer of Black Sabbath and then in a solo career with several great guitarists.

It was just a few weeks ago that Ozzy was seated on a large throne as he sang several songs for the Black Sabbath final reunion show. Ozzy sounded great that night!

Here are 3 great classic heavy metal songs to enjoy as we say goodbye to Ozzy.

Iron Man

From the Paranoid album, the second from Black Sabbath. We still hear it today at football games and in movie soundtracks.

Paranoid

The biggest "hit" from Black sabbath. This one actually charted. It is short and fast. The video has 333 Million views!

Crazy Train

This was his most popular song from the solo years. This video has 61 Million views.

My Activity

today was helping out family and neighbors with different things in different ways. I was able to get out for a short walk and managed to beat 7K.
