My Actifit Report Card: July 15 2025 - Just People Dancing

Today YouTube showed me a video from the heavenlyblueorange channel which usually features obscure music from the past. This music video is essentially an instrumental as the only singing is la la la repeated throughout. The song has a strange title I won't even mention and it is from the OST soundtrack of the strange movie called Candy from 1968.

So my actifit app worked today, yay! Now I will continue with this post. 😃👍

I am keeping it Light today. Nothing about floods or wars or immigrants or crypto bills or price pullbacks. Just dance! We're here for activity as this is an actifit post. So spend 5 minutes doing what the people in this music video are doing. Basically bopping up and down by bending their knees, and failing around with their arms. I think anyone can do this for 5 minutes worth of exercise!

1968 was a strange year. Most of what we have now in the news, we had then. People were looking to escape the news so we had TV shows like Gilligan's Island, I Dream of Jeannie, Bewitched, Hogans Heroes, Beverly Hillbillies and Green Acres. Simple very very light shows.

In the movies we had simple strange stuff like The Monkees movie (Head), Candy (starring some popular people of the day including Ringo from The Beatles), Wild In The Streets, and other so called psychedelic movies. You can find most of these TV shows and movies online. For example, Candy is here but is NSFW so don't watch at work or with kids!

Anyway, light stuff today. Just a dance track that you can (should) dance to.

My Activity

for the day included family obligations and some coding for a Gem Market in the #PEPE Game. My coding is going slow in recent months but I'm trying to get back to full speed. Wish me luck! :)

At night I did not walk, per se, but I went food shopping which involved a lot of walking in the supermarket. So I was able to top 8K for my actifit number.

    You may also tell that if she has roughly 500,000 PEPE tokens, she can sell them all on the #HiveEngine market, sell them for SWAP.HIVE, use that SWAP.HIVE to get HBD (either by swapping SWAP.HIVE to SWAP.HBD then converting SWAP.HBD to HBD, or converting SWAP.HIVE to HIVE then swapping HIVE to HBD), then use the HBD (which must be at least 1.000) to buy 1,000 VOLT tokens on your PEPE frog card battle game. 🤯🤯🤯🤣 !WEIRD !INDEED !HOPE !PIZZA !HUG

    Dancing is something I wanted to learn but "dancing" seemed to dislike me at all. I couldn't memorize any of the steps , and I just couldn't catch the rhythm.
