My Actifit Report Card: March 7 2025 - Pacifica from Argentina
These 2 ladies from Argentina rock! YouTube showed me their music video for their original song called Premature Rejection and I liked it. The song is all guitars and drums at mid tempo. Both women sing and play guitar.
The video takes place in a house or apartment and is centered around a land line wall phone one might have seen in a typical kitchen some decades ago. The ladies take turns talking/singjng to a guy about their relationship.
The video is from August 2023 so about a year and a half ago. It is doing well with 300K views. The band's channel has 216K subscribers. They must be fairly popular but they are new to me. I like their strong guutar sound!

For some reason, this song reminds me of an older band called Republica who had a slightly similar song in the 90s called Ready To Go. So for my own benefit, I'm gong to drop their video right here, for my own comparison. But you can watch too!

There is one more band that comes to mind, and that one is Elastica. They had a great rocker tune called Stutter which is also from the 90s. I guess all 3 of these songs have a similar guitar sound and tempo. Of course they are all sung by women so that is another thread that ties them together.

My Activity
today was minimal. I wasn't in the mood to move much. I did go out at night to see the sweet full-ish moon which will be fully full in a matter of days. It was in the low 50s but I wore the ski jacket anyway. It was completely unzipped by the end of the walk though. You can see I didn't walk very far as my number is barely over 5K. Tomorrow may be better!

The guitar is one instrument I enjoy people play . I wish I knew how to play it .
