My Actifit Report Card: August 17 2024 - Metallica Still Slays

They have been playing thrash metal for 40 years and Metallica continues to kill em all! Last year they came out with new tracks that prove that they are older but not slower. The drums still pound. The guitars still crunch. The guitar break is still manic. Things change in our world but Metallica stays hard and fast!

My Activity

today was some random movement around the house because it is not good to sit for a long time. Gotta get up! Move it or lose it.

Then at night I did take my daily nightly walk. I went fairly far even though it was still hot out. I did see the moon, but it was behind some hazy clouds. It looked full or nearly so. But of course it didn't give off much light being behind clouds.

I also watched a pre-season Panthers game. We lost. But it doesn't matter yet! They have a few more weeks to work out the kinks and get in tip top shape for the 2024 season. I had 2 relatives that went to this game. They go a lot and have received some screen time on the TV now and then, which is always cool to see!
