My Actifit Report Card: June 24 2024 - Metal Mashup and AI
YouTube sent more AI music into my suggested videos. A channel named Retro Rarities is re-imagining songs from one genre into a different one. They created what they imagine would be the original version of Sweet Leaf by Black Sabbath. They called it a 1955 song by The Black Satins. It's really good! Not perfect but for AI it really is amazing. Have a Listen!
I also found a mash up done by a person named Bill McClintock. He mashed up Rockwell's 80s hit Somebody's Watching Me with Snowblind by Black Sabbath. And this is also quite good. Its the song of Rockwell with the lyrics of Sabbath mostly. Check it out too!
So I tied both videos together because they are both Black Sabbath related and both Drug related. But in Sweet Leaf, Ozzy is singing in a pro marijuana way. However in Snowblind he is anti Hard Drugs. So if one follows his logic, Pot is fine but cocaine will kill you! For me, the alcohol in a beer now and then is my go to drug. 😃👍
Live and let live. You do you, boo. I won't be telling you what to do. Just think about the consequences, which applies to most decisions really. Especially in crypto where you can go broke if you're not careful!

today was some food shopping to start with. Then at night I did take my daily nightly walk. It wasn't hot out, just nice. I saw no moon, dang!

It's fascinating how AI is bringing new twists to classic songs, blending genres and eras in creative ways. Both the Retro Rarities and Bill McClintock's mashups are great examples of this innovation.
