My Actifit Report Card: June 13 2024 - Italian Restaurant, Billy Joel

Today I heard from a relative who was in NY visiting, and they sent pics from an Italian restaurant. They were right down the road from where Billy Joel grew up and wrote many of his hits including Scenes from an Italian Restaurant. So having seen scenes from an Italian restaurant on my phone today, I knew this song had to be in my post tonight!

I'll meet you any time you want
in our Italian restaurant.

The song doesn't really start until 2:48 at least for me!

Brenda and Eddie were the popular steadys and the king and the queen of the prom.
Riding around with the car top down and the radio on.
Nobody looked any finer or was more of a hit at the parkway diner.
We never knew we could want more than that out of life.
Sure and Brenda and Eddie would always know how to survive!

I have been to that parkway diner. :)

My Activity

today was various movement to break up the time spent sitting on my office chair.

Then I did take my night time walk. There was a great half full moon out! I took a short route but did manage to get over 8K today.

I have heard about Italian restaurant and how they have amazing meals over there. It will be cool to try them out someday
