My Actifit Report Card: September 19 2023 - Andreea Munteanu covers Circle In The Sand
I saw this thumbnail in my suggested YouTube videos and clicked Play. Andreea Munteanu gives us a nice version of Circle In The Sand originally by Belinda Carlisle from the Go Gos. Not an uptempo rock song like I usually listen to, but I can appreciate it.
MY ACTIVITY
was some random activity and then my night time walk. I went further than usual and also did some stair climbing. Only 16 stairs but it's a start. The weather is cooler so I wore the light white hoodie. But since I walked longer the fat burning chemistry kicked in and I was feeling hot. Off came the hoodie and I felt good knowing I was getting ripped and shredded! Always trying to be my best!
