My Actifit Report Card: June 30 2023 - TikTok Dance, Pink Shoe Laces
Here's a new TikTok dance challenge often presented with the title Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Pink Shoe Laces dance. The song was originally recorded in 1959 by a 12 year old girl named Dodie Stevens and it became a Gold Record smash hit.
The Chordettes covered it in 1960 and that's the version used on the Amazon Prime Video series called The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel in its second season from 2019.
Starting this past May the dance challenge really blew up on TikTok. Could you do this dance? It's a really fast frantic bop!

That's something I notice and think about.
This is a social media site where one can also earn a little bit. I wonder what the percentages are for everyone - in regard to how they weight the social vs the money. I'd like to think I'm here 75% for the social engagement and 25% for the possibility to earn a little cash, but it's really hard to know even our own minds, let alone what others' intentions are.

So dance challenges is really not a modern day thing, it's been existent for years , mhmm! . The internet has really made a whole lot of things crystal clear now . There's nothing new under the sun, evolution will always take it's rightful place .
