My Actifit Report Card: April 12 2023 - The Del Vikings sing Whispering Bells
I found this very old song on YouTube. Its a fast oldie recorded way back in 1956. The Del Vikings was supposedly one of the first to have both black and white members. Some people didn't want to associate with people who looked different from them in those days. Today we know and love all kinds of people and we respect and learn from different ways of living and thinking.
So I've lived in NYC and I remember this song from the oldies radio station. I always thought it was fun and had a good beat to move around to. In this video at the 27 second mark you see a pic inside a Jahn's Ice Cream Parlor. There were many of them once but now there's just one left in NYC. I was in one a few times. Good food and ice cream!

The way we all remember that in the old days people used to listen to songs only on the radio and in today's time the way YouTube is running, people can listen to their favorite songs and also watch their videos. This song is also more beautiful and I enjoy listening to it a lot.
The lead singer no doubt is awesome and also the rest in the band as well.
