My Actifit Report Card: March 11 2023 - Daylight Savings, Stop!
This is the last Daylight Savings clock change in the USA. Congress passed a bill to end it. Clocks here jumped ahead an hour for the last time. People got tired of Daylight Savings Time and wanted it to Stop!
So in the 80s there was a band from NY who called themselves The Chesterfield Kings after a cigarette brand. They were kind of punk but they liked to cover some songs from the 60s. Here's a cover of a song called Stop!
The vocals are punky and the guitars are jangly. Probably not something everyone would like but if you need a good kick in the xxx to get you up and moving and dancing and jumping around then this fast 2 minute song might work. It does for me!

I never used to listen to songs from that era before I remember, but it's not that bad of a listen. I enjoyed listening.
Yay! good riddance DST! it' just a shame they kept the 1 hr AHEAD, and not the 1 hr back.. I have to wake up early to trade because of the timezones.. :(

Back then, around late 1980s to early 1990s, we used to have DST. It was eventually stopped.
