It's this community and they have all kinds of rules for entries one must follow but so far people don't seem to be having a problem; fairly straightforward. Need a twitter account as well.

I'm sure it'll be around for awhile. Seems to be gathering a lot of momentum and even calls itself something like "The biggest web3 music competition on the internet" or something like that lol. Seems legit too. Hard to argue that claim.
