Music has always been more than just sound to me—it’s a way to connect deeply with God. Among all the songs I’ve sung, there are two that hold a very special place in my heart: “Jesus Iye” and “Father eh, You do well for me.” These songs are not just lyrics and rhythm; they are born from my spirit, my testimony, and my journey with God.

“Jesus Iye” is a song that speaks joy, victory, and life. Every time I sing it, I feel the presence of God so strongly. It reminds me that no matter what I face, Jesus has already won the battle. That simple word, “Iye”—meaning life—carries so much power. It reminds me that Jesus is alive, and because He lives, I can face tomorrow with confidence. The melody stays with me, even when I’m silent. It’s a song I carry in my heart every day.

The other song, “Father eh, You do well for me,” is a pure expression of thanksgiving. It’s a reminder of how far God has brought me. When I look back at my life—the battles I didn’t think I would win, the doors that opened unexpectedly, the healing I received—I can only say, “Father, You do well for me.” That one line says it all.

These songs are a part of me. They represent my walk with Christ, my gratitude, my worship. I don’t just love these songs—I live through them. They’re more than music—they’re my voice, my story, and my offering to God. And every time I sing them, I’m reminded of His love, His faithfulness, and His unending grace.
