That is true what you say @anggreklestari about momentary decisions. A family environment that forces children to find a solution on their own often ends in tragedy. Often, the children aren't aware of any resources they can turn to. Listening to the advice of other teens, misinformation can cause them to make rash decisions. As you say, the family must be built up from the inside. It's a societal problem because once a child goes into the street system, their lives are at risk from many who would want to do them harm.
