Three Tune Tuesday || 3 Red Hot Chilli Peppers intros on acoustic guitar [Eng-Esp]
Greetings friends of music at Hive, how was your Carnival festivities? I hope very well, for my part I am calm at home. Participating in the "Three Tune Tuesdays" has become a routine in my weekly schedule of musical publications and this time could not be the exception, so with great enthusiasm I bring you a new selection together with my faithful Dulcinea with a trio of melodies that are the intros to some of the most successful songs from one of the biggest names in alternative rock. Let's talk a little more about these songs!
Saludos amigos y amigas de la música en Hive ¿qué tal pasaron sus fiestas de Carnaval? espero que muy bien, yo por mi parte tranquilo en casa. Participar en los "Three Tune Tuesday" se ha vuelto una rutina en mi agenda semanal de publicaciones musicales y esta vez no podía ser la excepción, así que con mucho entusiasmo les traigo una nueva selección junto a mi fiel Dulcinea con un trío de melodías que son los intros de algunas de las canciones más exitosas de una de los nombres más grandes en el rock alternativo ¡hablemos un poco más sobre estas canciones!
For this three-melody Tuesday I wanted to pay a small tribute to one of the bands responsible for growing my love for rock music when I was still a teenager: Red Hot Chilli Peppers. One of the things I love about the Peppers is that they make music for a very wide audience, not just for rockers, anyone can enjoy the vast majority of their songs, and without a doubt many of you will remember these great classics when listening to their intros on the guitar. Firstly we have "Californication", one of the band's best-known hits in part due to the wide distribution of its video clip (very good by the way, as a child I loved it) a melody that I am sure many will recognize. Secondly, "Otherside", another of the most iconic pieces of red-hot spicy chilies (something that means the name of the band translated into Spanish) could not be missing from this trio and to finish we have the nostalgic "Scar Tissue" personally a one of my favorites from the group, its melody is warm, tender and moving, without a doubt a great piece. I hope you liked this selection of three melodies until next Tuesday!
Para este martes de tres melodías quise hacerle un pequeño homenaje a una de las bandas responsables de hacer crecer mi amor por la música rock cuando aún era un adolescente: Red Hot Chilli Peppers. Una de las cosas que me encanta de los Peppers es que hacen música para un público muy amplio, no sólo para los rockeros, cualquiera puede disfrutar de la gran mayoría de sus canciones, y sin duda muchos de ustedes recordarán estos grandes clásicos al escuchar sus intros en la guitarra. En primer lugar tenemos "Californication" uno de los hits más conocidos de la banda en parte por la gran difusión que tuvo su videoclip (muy bueno por cierto, de chico me encantaba) una melodía que estoy seguro muchos reconocerán. En segundo lugar "Otherside" otra de las piezas más icónicas de los "ajíes picantes rojos" (algo así significa el nombre de la banda traducido al español) no podía faltar en este trío y para finalizar tenemos la nostálgica "Scar Tissue" personalmente una de mis favoritas de la agrupación, su melodía es cálida, tierna y conmovedora, sin duda una gran pieza. Hola muy grand amigo y músico! @juliopalomo Me da mucha alegría verte por acá. Estoy de acuerdo contigo cuando dices que el intro de una canción puede hacer que uno recuerde que canción está por tocar.
Por eso cuando tocaste carlifornicacion, le recordé immédiatement aunque hacía mucho que no lo escuchaba.
