Green Day sin duda es una de esas bandas que muchos crecimos escuchando, y aunque particularmente no soy un gran fanático del "Punk rock" era inevitable mover la cabeza al ritmo de hits como "American Idiot" o la misma canción que les traigo en esta interpretación, cuyos videos eran frecuentemente transmitidos por canales como Mtv entre otros y también sonaban bastante por la radio. Creo que una de las cosas bonitas de la música (entre tantas) es esa virtud que tiene de transportarnos en tiempo y espacio mediante canciones que ya se han vuelto clásicos y nos hacen sentir esa nostalgia agridulce, ya no somos esos adolecentes despreocupados que escucharon esta música por primera vez, pero ahora contamos con la experiencia que nos otorgan los años y aún podemos revivir aquellos momentos de euforia juvenil a través de estas canciones que se han vuelto inmortales

Green Day is undoubtedly one of those bands that many of us grew up listening to, and although I'm not particularly a big fan of "Punk rock" it was inevitable to shake our heads to the rhythm of hits like "American Idiot" or the same song that I bring you in this performance, whose videos were frequently broadcast on channels like Mtv among others and also played a lot on the radio. I think that one of the beautiful things about music (among many) is that virtue that it has to transport us in time and space through songs that have already become classics and make us feel that bittersweet nostalgia, we are no longer those carefree teenagers who heard this music for the first time, but now we have the experience that the years give us and we can still relive those moments of youthful euphoria through these songs that have become immortal
