A Quiet Weekend Pack Opening, Updates, and then some... | Rising Star Game #30

Hello Hive Family and RSG players! 🎸🎸🎸

This is now my 30th RSG blog post. Wow. I never thought I could blog about #risingstargame for this long. I think it just goes to show how I enjoy playing, more than earning in the game. The earnings I do get are really negligible because of the lower price for Starbits these days. But, yeah, what can we do about it? I hope the devs and game designers can adjust to help the value go up. So that players can also have additional incentive to play. I really dig that it gives out rewards, but getting something that has potential to really go up in value once the bull market starts will really be awesome. But, that's just me, I'm just a small fry in the ocean. LOL.

Updates and Stuff

I am now at level 66 with 3,900 Fans, 1,695 Luck, 9,752 Skill, and 94 IM.

The game is getting slower for me these days. Sad to say, I'm getting bored with it at this level. So, I'm hoping that I get a nice set of cards for this one-pack opening. But, before that...

Tips from the tipsy veggie

A good strategy is to collect as many instruments as you can of a particular type so you have one powerful lesson to use.

I was skimming the FAQ page and this got me thinking. I would really have benefited from this if I had "collected" a particular instrument when I was just starting out. Carrying out a specific music lesson in the lower levels affect your Fans to Skill Ratio and you earn more Starbits from doing missions because of this, especially in the lower levels where there are fewer rewards given out for the missions that you complete. And, that's it for my newbie tips. Hope you all have a great time playing.

Pack Opening

For today's pack opening, lady luck sent me the following cards:

Card #1: 108 FrankCard #2: 106 HaroldCard #3: R247 Kendal
2.jpg3.jpg4.jpg

5 Fans, 5 Skill | 10 Skill | 100 Fans, 100 Skill, 4 Luck, & 2IM.
Market price: 380 starbits | Market price: 250 starbits | Market price: 6,000 starbits

Total Market Value: 6,630 Starbits

Conclusion

To end, I bought some Starbits from the Hive Engine for the pack purchase and deposited it to my in-game wallet only to realize that pack purchases were made from the Hive Engine. LOL. That was a misstep that cost me some time. But it was a learning for me. Also, I noticed that the options to deposit from the Hive Engine to the in-game wallet were 1k, 10k, 50k, and 100k. No Deposit ALL STARBITS option like the withdrawal system, where players can Withdraw ALL STARBITS. Anyway, it's not a big deal, but just a nice to have feature for future improvements to the game, maybe...

So, that's all for now for my Sunday pack opening. Been quite busy with my offline activities lately so I have not been able to do much work on the blogging side of things, but I make it a point to do missions. It gives me a reason to take a break from what I'm doing outside of Hive. Thanks for dropping by and visiting my blog. I wish everyone a restful and enjoyable weekend!

Love and peace!

Idle gaming is never an exciting and fast kind of game. Boredom will always happen. Even on big budget games. Everyone gets bored if they play it enough times. Am stating the obvious, sorry.

Yeah. I agree with what you said, @akumagai. Too many playing repetitions can become tedious, but it helps that players don't need to spend time doing it. Just do a mission and it's done for the day or come back whenever I have time on breaks and while resting from other things that I do. And, there are other games on Hive that I can play if I get too bored. πŸ˜† !PIZZA

That is what everyone does, unless of course you are @demotry then you spam missions till it takes over your whole day everyday till you are forced to quit the game entirely.
