Hola a todos, hoy vamos a tocar All of Me, un tema de Gerald Marks y Seymour Simons. Es una canción bastante conocida y que se ha tocado de muchas formas, pero la base siempre es la misma y por eso se reconoce rápido.

Hoy se la vamos a hacer a flauta y guitarra. La flauta lleva la melodía y yo en la guitarra voy a acompañar al estilo gypsy durante el tema. Después de tocar la forma completa, vamos a dar una vuelta más donde mi compañera va a improvisar un poco sobre la estructura, y al final volvemos a cerrar en esa misma parte.

La pieza tiene una forma bastante clara, con partes que se repiten y que hacen que todo tenga un orden fácil de seguir. Eso también ayuda a que podamos movernos dentro del tema sin perdernos, porque siempre hay un punto al que regresar.
La melodía es bastante directa, y eso hace que funcione bien en este formato. La flauta puede moverse con libertad y la guitarra mantiene todo en su sitio mientras vamos avanzando.

La vamos a hacer simple, sin complicarla tanto, y aprovechar ese espacio en el medio para jugar un poco más con lo que está pasando.

Hello everyone, today we're going to play "All of Me," a song by Gerald Marks and Seymour Simons. It's a well-known song that has been played in many ways, but the basic structure is always the same, which is why it's so easily recognizable.

Today we're going to play it with flute and guitar. The flute carries the melody, and I'll accompany it on guitar in a gypsy style throughout the piece. After playing the complete version, we'll add another section where my partner will improvise a bit on the structure, and then we'll return to that same section at the end.

The piece has a fairly clear structure, with repeating parts that make it easy to follow. This also helps us navigate the piece without getting lost, because there's always a point to return to.

The melody is quite straightforward, which makes it work well in this format. The flute can move freely, and the guitar keeps everything in place as we progress.

We're going to keep it simple, without overcomplicating things, and use that space in the middle to play around a bit more with what's happening.
