Guardián: Banda de Rock | Reseña (Esp-Eng)

Guardian es una banda de Rock cristiano, dicen que su género como tal es el Heavy Metal, pero yo lo veía más como una balada rock en mis tiempos de escuchar esta banda, cuando estaba más jóven, quizás se deba a sus temas en español, que era los que escucha y cantaba más.

Está banda a recorrido varios países de Latino América, así he visto varios videos y noticias sobre ello, esto debido a sus temas en español. Aunque ninguno de sus miembros hablan como tal español, ellos cantan en español e incluso tienen tres álbumes en este idioma.

Guardian is a Christian Rock band, they say that their genre as such is Heavy Metal, but I saw it more as a rock ballad in my times of listening to this band, when I was younger, maybe it's because of their songs in Spanish, which was the ones I listened and sang more.

This band has toured several countries in Latin America, so I have seen several videos and news about it, this because of their songs in Spanish. Although none of their members speak Spanish as such, they sing in Spanish and even have three albums in this language.

Hay muchas canciones de ellos que me gustan, como por ejemplo: "Nunca te diré adiós", "Capitan" y una que en particular que hizo eco en mi vida ha sido "Te veo en el Cielo". La cual pensaba cantar, pero debo practicar más, ya que por su tonalidad y las emociones que causa en mí, no es un tema fácil de interpretar.

Está canción la primera vez que la escuché con un significado profundo, fue por mi esposa, cuando mi hermana mayor falleció dejó a tres niños huérfanos y está canción me hacía pensar en ellos, en especial la parte que dice: "Veo la foto de un pequeño qué, solo está, queriéndote hallar, es increíble como creció..." Mi sobrino menor tenía tan solo 1 año, estaba empezando a caminar cuando ocurrió el accidente.

This song the first time I heard it with a deep meaning, was by my wife, when my older sister died, she left three orphaned children and this song made me think of them, especially the part that says: "I see the picture of a little what, alone is, wanting to find you, it's incredible how he grew up..." My youngest nephew was only 1 year old, he was just starting to walk when the accident happened.

"Te veo en Cielo" es una canción del álbum Nunca te diré adiós, lo cual es un poco controversial si lo vemos según el significado de ambas oraciones jeje. Está canción se hizo una realidad, cuando 15 años más tarde, mi sobrino también falleció, yo me lo imaginé reencontrándose con su mamá en el cielo, pudiendo al fin correr, algo que nunca pudo hacer pues como producto de aquel accidente él quedó parapléjico y esto lo mantuvo toda su vida postrado en una cama.

Le comentaba a mi esposa, ya que ella también le dedicó esa canción a su abuela, cuando ella murió. Que quizás mi hermana antes de morir tenía otros sueños para sus hijos, soñaba con verlos crecer, con ver al pequeño correr, jugar, con verlos de adultos y bueno, al irse me la imaginaba feliz con mi sobrino y quiero creer que ella fue a su encuentro a recibirlo.

Está es una de esas canciones que su letra te hace llenar de muchos sentimientos, te da tristeza por la ausencia, pero te da esperanza ante un posible encuentro en el Cielo y para los que creemos en ello, eso nos hace saber que un día estaremos junto a aquellos que amamos en la eternidad y que los adiós no son para siempre, así que quizás el nombre del álbum si es apropiado, pues no es un adiós, si no solo un hasta luego.

I commented to my wife, since she also dedicated that song to her grandmother when she died. That perhaps my sister had other dreams for her children before she died, she dreamt of seeing them grow up, of seeing the little ones run, play, of seeing them as adults and well, when she left I imagined her happy with my nephew and I want to believe that she went to meet him to welcome him.

This is one of those songs whose lyrics fill you with many feelings, it gives you sadness for the absence, but it gives you hope for a possible meeting in Heaven and for those of us who believe in it, it makes us know that one day we will be with those we love in eternity and that goodbyes are not forever, so perhaps the name of the album is appropriate, because it is not a goodbye, but just a see you later.

Guardián es una banda de Metal Cristiano, yo la recomiendo por su estilo y la letra de sus canciones. Hoy en día es difícil escuchar música que tenga letra sana, llena de esperanza y cosas buenas. La música ha perdido mucho en letras.

El estilo de música que más me gusta en particular es la balada, la balada pop, la balada romántica, no soy de escuchar reggaeton pues pienso que su letra es muy ofensiva en especial contra la mujer, escucho solo algunos temas que pienso tiene una letra buena. El rock me gusta en estilos como este, que no suenan tan pesados, pero que son buenos musicalmente y con una letra sana.

Guardian is a Christian Metal band, I recommend them for their style and the lyrics of their songs. Nowadays it is difficult to listen to music that has healthy lyrics, full of hope and good things. Music has lost a lot in lyrics.

The style of music I particularly like is the ballad, the pop ballad, the romantic ballad, I don't listen to reggaeton because I think its lyrics are very offensive, especially against women, I only listen to some songs that I think have good lyrics.
