I believe most people have gone through a period in their lives when they've been involved with music in some way. In my youth, I was part of a pagode group, working with percussion. It was so undervalued that we abandoned it. We'd prepare for days to earn the minimum wage for a two-hour show. Anyway, I don't even know if I still have the same skills I had back then.

There's a part of your post that stuck with me: work-life balance... That literally doesn't exist. Probably some boss invented it and started spreading it until some idiots started believing it actually exists. Once you become an adult and start working, your personal life is over; everything depends on your work. This concept is a lie to deceive innocent children and deluded idiots.
