The radio interview Hi, I'm going to tell you about a time we participated in a meeting and radio interview on Radio Progreso. The invitation came from Angel Manuel, a well-known director of radio and television in Cuba. We arrived at the station one hour early to be on time since they were broadcasting another program and invited us to join the next one.

They gave us a tour of the recording studios, and the experience was fantastic because they explained how the radio system in Cuba works. When there were about 10 minutes left before the program started, we went to the studio where it would take place. Once the show began, we were interviewed as the three members of Cuban Coffee.

Between segments, we performed some songs, almost like a full concert. The experience was great, even though the three of us had been on other radio and TV interviews before.

La entrevista en la radio

Hola voy a contarles hoy como fuimos parte de un encuentro y entrevista en Radio Progreso. La invitación llegó de manos de Angel Manuel un reconocido director de la radio y la televisión en Cuba. Llegamos a las puertas de la radio 1 hora antes para estar a tiempo ya que transmitían otro programa y nos invitaron al que le seguía. Nos dieron un recorrido por los estudios de grabación y la experiencia fui magnífica ya que nos explicaron cómo funciona el sistema de radio en Cuba. Cuando faltaron 10 minutos para el programa llegamos el estudio donde se llevaría a cabo y una vez el programa comenzado comenzaron a hacernos entrevistas a los tres integrantes de Café Cubano y entre una y otra hacíamos alguna canción, fue casi un concierto completo. La experiencia fue buena aunque los tres por separados ya habíamos estado en otras entrevistas de radio y TV.
