Both Sides Now Shoulder Season

Winds screamed through the trees branches rubbing together sounding like an orchestra tuning up for the next round being played, now we start heading toward the cooler months of our year, Sing Hallelujah!

I Wish It Would Rain and got answered, bucketed down releasing the gorgeous smell I so longed for, it's a magical time in Africa when the rains arrive to quench the thirsty plants, revival almost instant.

Seasons change songs may reflect tears of joy,

possibly passionate sorrow, emotional oceans we drift through, throughout our lifetimes.

Like clouds above, some streaky some bubbly, leading me to the knowledge how little we do know at the end of the road. Both Sides Now when young full of energy eager to take life's battles face on.

From up and down and still somehow
It's cloud illusions I recall

Later as the clock winds down, we tend to sit back ticking memories off with 50/50 vision in hindsight, what was good, which battles you faced, those you lost, or those you called quits walking away!

Using photography and music for me is something that weaves my tapestry of life, always loved listening to music unable to play/sing a tune, I could dance, now simply 'jig-a-jig' keep moving along.

Take time to listen to lyrics of songs they bring meaning to me, a young eager teenager now reliving same words through different eyes, how little we comprehend chasing through life.

Have a happy day, keep smiling, positive breeds positive, negative is never far behind.

Cooler times more enjoyable, although as a country we weep flash floods hit down the road again last night in town of Margate.

Zeus throwing lightning around, hit a couple of houses in town. Ecologists still know not what the clouds may bring, environmental activists know less and cause more harm.

You can totally see why people back in olden times believed in god's of thunder and lightning when you see crazy storms. It's frightening now but must have been more so then!

We have another approaching tonight, sure as hell hope not as bad! Old man upstairs moving furniture around throwing the odd tantrum, trying to keep good reputation I believe. Tremble in your boots Les Misérables!

What a beautiful feeling to feel the aroma of the rain arrive, that peculiar earthy perfume that only rainwater could create.
Without a doubt, it is a great joy and a true blessing for the plants when the rain comes.

As things usually go... for those of us who seem to vibrate on the same frequencies. I just happened to be scrolling through the #thoughtfuldailypost TAG section on TwitterX and found this little tidbit of awesomesauce. I always say, "There are no accidents, in life". Things happen when they are supposed to, and I feel this also holds true when we see things we are supposed to. So... here I am.


This could be a fitting way to enjoy the clouds...


More than anything... I realized this was content, from back in 2019. This made me think... Did I say thank you? I Really never expected the community I had envisioned would amount to much. Let alone... would people even post there? Would they use the TAG? So, again... if I didn't say it before...
