Hive Open Mic | Week 135 | I Waited For You | Cover | Jesse & Joy | Te Esperé

Greetings to the entire Hive Open Mic community, it is a great pleasure for me to always return to this place. Busyness sometimes takes me further away from the platform than I'd like, but here I am to share my post on Open Mic week 135.

Un saludo a toda la comunidad de Hive Open Mic, es un gran placer para mi siempre volver a este lugar. Las ocupaciones a veces me alejan más de lo que quisiera de la plataforma, pero aquí estoy para compartir mi entrada en la semana 135 del Open Mic.

For this week I would like to share a song by my favorite duo Jesse & Joy, who by the way will come to Venezuela next year, so I hope to be able to go to this concert.

Para esta semana quisiera compartir un tema de mi dúo favorito Jesse & Joy, que por cierto vendrán el año próximo a Venezuela, así que espero poder ir a este concierto.

The song is titled Te Esperé, and it is a composition that speaks of that love that is left behind despite everything. Taking that step is difficult, because when something or someone hurts you, the best thing you can and should do for yourself is to leave it, to leave, even if it hurts more than everything you've experienced. Oppression does not only come from others, but also from you, from the things that you forbid yourself, you even give yourself reasons for nothing valid as long as you continue in the same situation, because changes are scary, but they are so worth it, and for mental health anything, no matter how small, if it's good for you, it's better to do it.

La canción se titula Te Esperé, y es una composición que habla de ese amor que se deja atrás a pesar de todo. Dar ese paso es difícil, pues cuando algo o alguien te hace mal, lo mejor que puedes y debes hacer por ti, es dejarlo, marcharte, incluso si duele más que todo lo vivido. La opresión no solo viene de los demás, sino también de ti, de las cosas que te prohíbes, incluso te das razones para nada validas con tal de seguir en la misma situación, pues los cambios dan miedos, pero tanto que valen, y por la salud mental cualquier cosa, por mínima que sea, si te hace bien es mejor hacerlo.

I find this topic so interesting, because despite the steps, the evolution of the human being, the oppression of ideals, thoughts, ideologies, sexuality, race, ethnic groups, still exist, and as I mentioned before we are also capable of oppressing our feelings to give importance to those of others or worse for the fear of change, thanks to @indonesiabersatu for this theme in our distinguished Hive Open Mic.

Me parece tan interesante este tema, pues a pesar de los pasos, la evolución del ser humano, la opresión de los ideales, los pensamientos, ideologizas, sexualidad, raza, etnias, aún existen, y como lo mencioné anteriormente también somos capaces de oprimir nuestros sentimientos para darle importancia a los de otros o peor por el miedo al cambio, gracias a @indonesiabersatu por esta temática en nuestro distinguido Hive Open Mic.
