Hello Hive friends, I want to wish you a year full of success, blessings and good vibes. Many of us use the new year to restart the cycle and allow ourselves new mistakes and new achievements, since giving ourselves the opportunity to reflect is very important to achieve our goals. Today I want to present to you the first post of 2023, about an important presentation for me, but more than that I want to project my successes of this new one and achieve them with all my heart.
Hola amigos de Hive, quiero desearles un año lleno éxitos, bendiciones y de buena vibra. Muchos usamos el nuevo año para reiniciar el ciclo y permitirnos nuevos errores y nuevos alcances, pues darnos la oportunidad de reflexionar es muy importante para conquistar nuestras metas. Hoy quiero presentarles el primer post del 2023, sobre una presentación importante para mí, pero más que eso quiero proyectar mis éxitos de este nuevo y lograrlos de todo corazón.
I had pending to share this video with you, here you can see part of my progress in singing. Of course, it has also allowed me to see my failures and what I still need to build, because the musicians on the platform know what I'm talking about, because when it comes to seeing our own presentations we don't stop looking at what could be better and what we have to take care of in the future, but that's what this is about, looking for improvements from constructive criticism with our own criteria.
Tenía pendientes compartir este video con ustedes, aquí pueden observar parte de mi progreso en el canto. Por supuesto, también me ha dejado ver mis fallas y lo que me falta por construir, pues los músicos de la plataforma, saben de qué estoy hablando, pues a la hora de ver nuestras propias presentaciones no dejamos de observar lo que pudo ser mejor y lo que tenemos que cuidar en el futuro, pero de eso se trata esto, buscar las mejoras desde la crítica constructiva con nuestro propio criterio.
This piece is entitled María La O, from the Zarzuela that bears her name with a libretto written by Gustavo Sánchez Galarraga and the music has been composed by Ernesto Lecuona. It is a Cuban composition, which premiered on March 1, 1930, in Havana. The Cuban Zarzuela is one of the most particular genres of lyrical singing and has a fairly extensive range in the soloist's voice. This piece plays three octaves in the same phrase, which makes it quite demanding, but getting it done is thoroughly enjoyable.
Esta pieza se titula María La O, de la Zarzuela que lleva su nombre con un libreto escrito por Gustavo Sánchez Galarraga y la música ha sido compuesta por Ernesto Lecuona. Es una composición cubana, la cual se estrenó el 01 de marzo de 1930, en la Habana. La Zarzuela cubana, es uno de los géneros más particulares del canto lirico y posee una tesitura bastante extensa en la voz de solista. Esta obra toca tres octavas en la misma frase, lo que hace que sea bastante exigente, pero lograrlo es completamente placentero.

I am currently on a road trip through Spain and Portugal, for the third day... so I missed the New Year concert (usually on the 1st of January there is a classical concert in Vienna that is a tradition to watch. You gave me now this concert feeling, thank you, dear @jhoxiris,

Oh that concert is part of a very important musical tradition. I am glad that you are enjoying this trip, Portugal is a beautiful country, I had the opportunity to meet it in 2016 and give a few concerts with the choral group. Enjoy that trip a lot, happy new year.

Mira, es exigente, así es, pero retumbaste y lograste magistralmente esas octavas, me has dejado más maravillado de lo habitual, esa última parte fue demasiado BRUTAL y la pasión con que hiciste tu actuación fue asombrosa, esta presentación fue a un nivel superior, porque, qué fascinante es escuchar el canto lírico en otro género musical, se escucha hermoso, tu voz es muy versátil, no quiero imaginar cuanto ensayas para lograr algo así de espectacular... mis respetos y admiración Jhoxi 🌹💖... eres de otro mundo de pana esto fue hermoso en todo el sentido de la palabra 😍...
