I don't know if you have seen anything about Christina Aguilera, not that I know much, but I know she has done several concerts in Las Vegas and still has some pending, but after more than 20 years of career she is attracting a lot of attention, both for her voice and her look. She has lost a lot of weight and in several pictures I have seen her as she was in 2001, a time when I was obsessed with her. I don't know if it happens to you like it does to me, but no matter how many new songs she releases I'm still stuck with the music from 20 years ago, they are classics and for the younger Hive fans, today I want to recommend you my favorite songs of hers, although interpreted by me to be the most interesting dynamic. But don't just stick with my covers, because then you will never like Christina Aguilera 🤣

¡Bienvenidos a Three Tune Tuesday!. Un agradable espació en la comunidad Music que nació de la idea del hermano @ablaze, donde todos los participantes nos recomendamos música entre nosotros. No sé si han visto algo sobre Christina Aguilera, no es que yo sepa mucho, pero sé que ha hecho varios conciertos en Las Vegas y aún tiene algunos pendientes, pero luego de más de 20 años de carrera está llamando mucho la atención, tanto por su voz como por su look. Ha adelgazado mucho y en varias fotografías la he visto tal cual como en el año 2001, época en la que estuve obsesionado con ella. No sé si a ustedes les pase como a mí, pero por más canciones nuevas que lanza yo sigo clavado con la música de hace 20 años, son clásicos y para los más jóvenes de Hive, hoy quiero recomendarle mis canciones favoritas de ella, aunque interpretadas por mí para ser la dinámica más interesante. Pero no se queden solo con mis covers, porque entonces no les gustará jamás Christina Aguilera 🤣

I bought Aguilera's album Stripped in December 2002 and Beautiful was one of the songs I liked the most. A few days later, on January 4, 2003 to be exact, the music video came out, I was 14 years old and I will not deny that I was surprised by many of the images, especially the one of the guys kissing, but the message of the song was always very clear and forceful. My parents hated the music video too, but I got used to it little by little, in fact in August of that year Christina Aguilera kissed Madonna, but back to the subject, we all know that Beautiful has become an anthem of self-esteem and love, and today, more than 20 years later is impressive how I could notice the process of birth and development of a song that has no age, just like when I was a child and there were already great classics before I was born and it was music that was listened to every day. I feel that centuries can pass and even if no one remembers it, Beautiful will continue to be important and will continue to evolve through time. I recorded this video cover for the 137th week of the Hive Open Mic.

Compré el álbum Stripped de Aguilera en Diciembre de 2002 y Beautiful fue una de las canciones que más me gustó. Unos días después, el 4 de Enero de 2003 para ser exacto salió el video musical, yo tenía 14 años y no les voy a negar que me sorprendieron muchos varias imágenes, especialmente la de los chicos que se besaban, pero el mensaje de la canción siempre fue muy claro y contundente. Mis papás odiaban el video musical también, pero yo me fui acostumbrando poco a poco, de hecho en Agosto de ese año Christina Aguilera se besó con Madonna, pero volviendo al tema, todos sabemos que Beautiful se ha convertido en un himno dela autoestima y del amor, y hoy, más de 20 años después es impresionante cómo pude notar el proceso de nacimiento y desarrollo de una canción que no tiene edad, así como cuando yo era niño y ya existían grandes clásicos de antes de que yo naciera y era música que se escuchaba a diario. Siento que pueden pasar siglos y aunque nadie la recuerde a ella, Beautiful seguirá siendo importante y seguirá evolucionando a través del tiempo. But Me Acuerdo De Ti, precisely this is the song that I recently saw on social networks where Christina Aguilera performs it in her concerts in Las Vegas. She looks like she did in 2001, but sounds with that powerful voice that has been growing and evolving over the years, and that was already impressive before. I will never understand why not all artists are lucky enough to maintain success over time, but without a doubt this singer has much more to offer and surprise. This song is about love, but I confess that it accompanies me almost daily in my feelings since dad passed away, since it literally seems that I am living the best moment of my life, but only one of those sad memories and my smile is erased; don't get me wrong, most of the memories are beautiful, but when I recorded this video for the Hive Open Mic I was still very sorry and only thought about the pain that leaves a departure. A totally recommendable song, it is one of the best in his repertoire.

Pero Me Acuerdo De Ti, precisamente esta es la canción que vi hace poco en las redes sociales donde Christina Aguilera la interpreta en sus conciertos en Las Vegas. Luce como en el 2001, pero suena con esa voz potente que ha ido creciendo y evolucionando con los años, y eso que ya era impresionante antes. Nunca entenderé por qué no todos los artistas tienen la suerte de mantener el éxito en el tiempo, pero sin duda alguna esta cantante tiene mucho más por ofrecer y sorprender. Esta canción es de amor, pero les confieso que me acompaña casi a diario en mi sentir desde que falleció papá, ya que literalmente parece que estoy viviendo el mejor momento de mi vida, pero solo un recuerdo de esos tristes y se borra mi sonrisa; no me entiendan mal, la mayoría de los recuerdos son hermosos, pero cuando grabé este video para el Hive Open Mic todavía estaba muy sentido y solo pensaba en el dolor que deja una partida. Una canción totalmente recomendable, es de las mejores de su repertorio.

This is one of my favorite songs of all time and a personal anthem from my adolescence, when I felt like any other kid who had a lot to say, but didn't have the tools to raise my voice. The song gives title to the 2000 Spanish album Mi Reflejo, but it was not a promotional single, on the other hand it is the song from the movie Mulan, but this version specifically has quite different lyrics from the one that came out in the movie, which was sung by herself, and I am referring only to the Spanish version. I recorded it for week 79 of the Hive Open Mic and it is one of the most beautiful messages Christina Aguilera has sent through her repertoire. The last phrase says: “Ese día quien yo soy se reflejara”, I sang it over and over again, and not only in my adolescence, it was part of me for many years. Today I feel it as a memory because it no longer speaks of my current self, but I still sing it with great affection and it makes me think that hopefully my current self has been able to travel to the past and encourage a little bit the Jesus of before 😬

Esta es una de mis canciones favoritas de todos los tiempos y un himno personal de mi adolescencia, cuando me sentía como cualquier muchacho que tenía mucho que decir, pero no tenía las herramientas para alzar la voz. La canción da título al álbum en español Mi Reflejo del 2000, pero no fue un sencillo promocional, por otra parte es la canción de la película Mulán, pero esta versión específicamente tiene una letra bastante alejada a la que salió en la película, que era cantada por ella misma, y me refiero solo a la versión en español. La grabé para la semana 79 del Hive Open Mic y es uno de los mensajes más hermosos que ha enviado Christina Aguilera a través de su repertorio. La última frase dice: "Ese día quien yo soy se reflejara", la cantaba una y otra vez, y no solo en mi adolescencia, fue parte de mí por muchos años. Hoy en día la siento como un recuerdo porque ya no habla de mi persona actual, pero la sigo cantando con mucho cariño y me hace pensar que ojalá mi yo de ahora haya podido vijar al pasado y alentar un poco al Jesús de antes 😬

In order not to lose this Tuesday's La Ñapa, I leave you my favorite Christina Aguilera's song. It's the Spanish version of I Turn To You, but I shared it in some #tttt a few weeks ago, so I leave it as an extra. I have always dedicated it to my mom, there is no other person I think of when I listen to it and there is still no song that surpasses this one in likes, I think it will always be my favorite song, even over my girlfriend Shakira, who has always claimed me for this 😉

Para no perder La Ñapa de este Martes, les dejo mi canción favorita de Christina Aguilera. Es la versión en español de I Turn To You, pero la compartí en algún #ttt hace unas semanas, por eso la dejo como extra. Siempre se la he dedicado a mi mamá, no hay otra persona en la que piense cuando la escuche y aún no hay canción que supere esta en gustos, creo que siempre será mi canción favorita, incluso por encima de mi novia Shakira, que siempre me ha reclamado por esto 😉
