The Meaning of Life in 300 Words

This video perfectly captures what life means to me and that is happiness. Life isn't easy, but when our goals are clear, we possess the tools to deal with anything that stands between us and our happiness. When I filmed this video, I was at the happiest moment of my life; everything was going well for me, and I was surrounded by my parents and my now-wife, making music together.

Life is happiness, and happiness is synonymous with love. I firmly believe that love moves us both before and after life, for each of us is a fragment of something greater, something I do not know, yet can feel in the forces that move the world and make our bodies function.

Life is a miracle, something that happens almost magically and I believe its purpose is to serve as a learning experience, enabling us to advance to a higher level of existence. I feel that the true meaning of living lies in harmonizing with everything that surrounds us: other people and nature. To hurt someone is, in a sense, to hurt ourselves; it draws us into a cycle of error and consequence, a cycle from which, perhaps, we can only escape when love prevails.

The triumph of that love translates into happiness, and happiness is synonymous with peace; peace leads us to connect with the universe, and being connected with the universe makes us feel love. It is easy to write all of this, but there is a reality out there; thus, what matters is to grow and improve every day. Becoming better leads us all toward the same ultimate end, something that humanity may perhaps be unable to grasp, yet we are not in this world for nothing; we are not a mere accident.
