I hadn't heard this song in many years, and just as you've said here, it was also one of the first I learned when I started singing in church. This is a very unique and soulful version, but perfect for this week's topic. You're right, Glory goes beyond what is popularly believed. I'd say it's an almost indescribable feeling, perhaps because it's a feeling of the soul, not the body. Thank you for this great post; you're an excellent musician ❤️
Tenía muchos años sin escuchar esta canción, y tal como tú has dicho aquí, también fue una de las primeras que aprendí cuando comencé a cantar en la iglesia. Esta es una versión muy particular y cargada de sentimiento, pero perfecta para el tema de esta semana. Tienes razón, la Gloria va más allá de lo que popularmente se cree, yo diría que es un sentimiento casi indescriptible, quizás porque es un sentimiento del alma y no del cuerpo. Personally, I tend to really like songs that are repetitive like this. They are a constant affirmation of God's great power in our lives, and although the lyrics may seem simple, they encompass unparalleled greatness. The melody of this song has always moved me, and I am glad that I had the perfect opportunity this week to share it with the community.
