Sharing the Music...
The weekend was really exciting in our musical house, as we shared a concert with the musicians of the Emil Friedman School of Caracas. An educational institution and one of the few in Venezuela where music is a fundamental part of the studies, in fact they are so dedicated that many of the most talented musicians of our institution come from this school. They are celebrating their 75th anniversary and wanted to make this concert in our house.
The friendship between both institutions began in the 70's when our founder, Maestro José Antonio Abreu approached the founders of the school, in fact, the boy who conducts the orchestra in the video I have shared above is family of our Maestro and at the same time is a graduate of the school, so he is a representation of the ties between both institutions and it means a lot that today he is the one who conducts us.
It is the first time in a year that we did not sing with our tails, I had to wear my old white shirt and tie for the concerts and I was surprised to notice that I have gained a lot of weight, I almost do not fit this outfit 😅 so I must lose weight or buy new clothes, but it did not prevent me to fully enjoy the presentation, as we did our great classics of multitudinous concerts, the 9th symphony of Beethoven and Handel's Hallelujah.
The rest of the union of both orchestras and the school choir, something I would have liked to enjoy from the audience, but the hall was full and I had to listen from outside, but seeing so many children making music together with us is totally inspiring, it raises my faith in my country and motivates me to continue in this beautiful career I chose for my life 🙏
It feels good for an organization to be friends with another and the workers should be in good terms too
Nice one!
That's right, that friendship makes the music flow with ease and a lot of emotion. Thank you for visiting my post dear 🙏
The hall was full but I enjoyed it a lot, what a marvel of angels I could hear, thank you very much Jesus!✨
Yes my friend, there were a lot of people in the audience, it always happens when kids join concerts and proud parents fill the room hahaha. Thanks for your constant support ❤️

It would be ideal if many schools would take music as a fundamental part of their institutions, following the example of this one.
I can see it was a nice evening.
Dear Rosana, with all my heart I apologize for the lateness of this reply. Yes it was a great evening and this has been a great week, I really have been very busy and it is only now that I sit down to respond to the pending... Thank you my friend for your love, I send you a big hug!.
A very nice friendship between both institutions and music unites hearts and together they can achieve incredible things ❤️🦉
I could not take my eyes off the violinists, it is stronger than me haha 😂
I know you love them, I hope that dream comes true for you, even if it is on a small scale at first. Thank you for your love, this week I have been very busy with music, so sorry for the late reply...
Beautiful 😍! And I sure would have enjoyed myself as well if I were there. The video shared is just lit. The song, the instruments played, fits right in, and having 2 institutions come together in celebration is worth seeing.
You all look dashing in the pictures shared.
Amiga, sorry for the lateness of my response, it has been a week of hard work, sorry. Thank you for watching my video, I think the same as you say, everything was magical at that moment...
It is okay. Happy weekend and I wish you a good start to the new week.
This gathering just reminded me those days, when i was still in the choir, i was there not just because of the administer every sunday but for the passion i have for music, interesting passage
I am glad that you also know this feeling that singing in a choir gives you. For me it is my life thanks to God. I appreciate you reading and watching the video and I am sorry for the late reply...
