The Good Vibes of the Boys from Brazil and their Beautiful Music | Eng-Port | Os Meninos do Brasil

Hello friends of Hive! I especially want to greet the Brazilian community and with all due respect I would love to share this video in this space, as it is very special to me for many reasons. I have been sharing several videos about a spectacular concert where I participated, the World Choir El Sistema, held in Venezuela, but with singers from several countries around the world. In this post I want to share with you the piece we sang from this country and the excitement of having two new friends from Brazil.

Olá amigos da Hive! Quero cumprimentar especialmente a comunidade brasileira e, com todo o respeito, gostaria muito de compartilhar este vídeo neste espaço, pois ele é muito especial para mim por vários motivos. Tenho compartilhado vários vídeos sobre um concerto espetacular do qual participei, o Coro Mundial El Sistema, realizado na Venezuela, mas com cantores de vários países do mundo. Nesta postagem, quero compartilhar com vocês a peça que cantamos desse país e a emoção de ter dois novos amigos do Brasil.

Alexsandra Brasileiro and Me...

We sang a song from each country present among the members of the choir, and from Brazil we sang "Estrela É Lua Nova", a musical arrangement by Heitor Villa-Lobos. A beautiful song where the choristers subtly accompanied the main soloist voices. Soprano María Fernanda Briceño sang for Venezuela and Soprano Alexsandra Brasileiro for Brazil. Although our languages are similar, it is always good to learn a little more through music and guided by people who speak the original language, it is a great learning experience for the singers, especially in this concert where there was a great variety of languages.

Cantamos uma música de cada país presente entre os membros do coral, e do Brasil cantamos "Estrela É Lua Nova", um arranjo musical de Heitor Villa-Lobos. Uma bela canção em que os coristas acompanharam sutilmente as principais vozes solo. A soprano María Fernanda Briceño cantou pela Venezuela e a soprano Alexsandra Brasileiro pelo Brasil. Embora nossos idiomas sejam semelhantes, é sempre bom aprender um pouco mais por meio da música e guiados por pessoas que falam o idioma original, é uma ótima experiência de aprendizado para os cantores, especialmente nesse concerto em que houve uma grande variedade de idiomas.

Iuri Neery at the right...

In our world-class group we had the pleasure of having two representatives from Brazil, the second of them is the baritone Iuri Neery, an impressive singer who captivated us with his talent and charisma. He also had the opportunity to sing a solo, but in one of the African songs that we had prepared for the end of the concert, maybe later he will share this video with you too. In the meantime it makes me happy to write these words and express my gratitude for these wonderful people who came from our sister country to brighten up our week with their music and culture. It is beautiful to share with people from so many different nations and that we all know how to understand each other through the universal language of music, I hope you like our interpretation...

Em nosso conjunto de classe mundial, tivemos o prazer de ter dois representantes do Brasil, sendo o segundo o barítono Iuri Neery, um cantor impressionante que nos cativou com seu talento e carisma. Ele também teve a oportunidade de cantar um solo, mas em uma das músicas africanas que preparamos para o final do concerto, talvez mais tarde ele compartilhe esse vídeo com vocês também. Enquanto isso, fico feliz em escrever essas palavras e expressar minha gratidão por essas pessoas maravilhosas que vieram do nosso país irmão para alegrar nossa semana com sua música e cultura. É lindo compartilhar com pessoas de tantas nações diferentes e saber que todos nós sabemos como nos entender por meio da linguagem universal da música.
