Greetings to all the Photography Lovers community!... Whenever I post here I always clarify first that I am not a professional photographer, but I love to take pictures of the places and moments that mean something to me Today begins the last month of the year and it is inevitable for me to begin to review the good and bad I lived, and no doubt these photographs that I share with you is part of the best of my 2022.

If you are a follower of my content you will know that this year I visited many corners of my country Venezuela, since my musical group was on a National Tour. I had the joy of singing in prestigious national theaters and visiting coastal cities, which is quite an adventure for a city mouse like me.

These first two photographs are of the streets of Puerto Cabello. A beautiful coastal town in the north of Carabobo State that still preserves many characteristics of colonial times. In the cover photo I am accompanied by @jhoxiris and a selfie captured on the shores of the Caribbean Sea.

The Municipal Theater of Puerto Cabello is fortunate to be one of the oldest in my country, and its acoustics are awesome, especially for groups like ours where we work with symphonic, opera and choral genres. At the top there is a lamp with more than 200 bulbs and the walls are made of seashells, so it must be in constant maintenance.

Another city we visited was San Felipe in Yaracuy State. Unlike the previous one, the vegetation is what stands out the most in this region, there are many mountains and towns hidden among them. Here we sang in the first of several churches we visited and spent some very pleasant moments relaxing in a farm with an impressive swimming pool as you can see in the two pictures above.

Lara, Musical Capital of Venezuela

This is one of my favorite memories. It is a picture of the Obelisk of Barquisimeto, Lara State that I took from my window at the Biotel Suits Hotel. I already shared it on Hive, but in this summary I needed to show it again, you can visit the link of my previous post to read more details about my visit to Lara.

These two images I shared above belong to Falcon State. The first one is a view from my window at the Paraguaná Mall Hotel, precisely in the city of Paraguaná, where one of the oil refineries of my country is located. That orange light in the background is one of the huge fuses of the company that adorn the nights of this peninsula. In spite of being far away from them, it seemed to me that the whole city had a particular smell of hydrocarbons. The second photograph is a beautiful cathedral located in Santa Ana de Coro, the capital of Falcon State.

Finally, I would like to share with you these images taken in Maracaibo and Cabimas, cities in the Zulia State where one of the most beautiful lakes in Latin America is located. It was a beautiful stop with many personal and musical experiences. Unlike the previous cities, Zulia was one of the few places in my country that I did not know. The Baralt Theater is one of the most important in Venezuela, and now I can boast that I have been able to sing in this holy place for musicians. We also visited the Basilica of the Virgin of Chiquinquirá, one of the strongest beliefs of Venezuelans.

Without detracting from the work of a professional photographer, I think that we can capture great moments on camera having the necessary connection with the environment where we are; beyond the technical part, the photos are a reflection of our state of mind projected to what we see, you managed to capture the essence of each place you visited, I congratulate you because each photo has a very beautiful story to tell just by looking at it!!!

I really liked the photos of the streets of Puerto Cabello and the theaters, however, the photos of Zulia state with which you close the post are very amazing and spectacular!!

I loved this visual tour as I have followed your previous tour posts, this is the additional part that was enjoyed as well; What a privilege you had to visit these wonderful places of our beautiful Venezuela!!

A hug, brother, and may the successes continue so that you continue traveling and bringing photos like this... You Rockkkk!!! 👊😎🔥📷🎶❤️🌟🍻💥💫💯

Hello Fernando! How well do you know Venezuela? When you were here were you able to travel? And yes... All images have a story and sometimes it is not necessary to tell them because they speak for themselves. I also really liked the streets of Puerto Cabello from this selection.

In fact I regret not having more pictures of some sites. But for example, in the Médanos de Coro I have nothing of the landscape, they are all to enjoy with Jhoxiris and my companions. There was no time to capture the amazing sunset behind the sand because those 15 minutes of ball gowns in the desert were perfect. Thank you for your support Fernando, Perfect Hiver. I send you a brotherly hug...
