Certainly there are days when I am stunned to have to share my work with 90 other people who make music with me every day, but in general and in retrospect, there are days when in the middle of rehearsal I only look around me at the most sublime musical moments and I realise the effect that singing has on us, because even if we are not perfect, our work is not like that of others, it is a bubble of happiness that we set ourselves in motion while we sing the chords together, no matter what happens from the door of the hall to the outside, the magic we do inside is superior, even if there are certain problems in the group, the reality is that we have achieved a lot as artists even because we are friends, because we could not make such perfect music if we didn't love each other as friends...

Ciertamente hay días que me aturde tener que compartir mi trabajo con otras 90 personas que hacen música conmigo a diario, pero en general y en retrospectiva, hay días donde en medio del ensayo solo veo a mi alrededor en los momentos musicales más sublimes y me doy cuenta el efecto que produce el canto en nosotros, porque aunque no seamos perfectos, nuestro trabajo no es como el de los demás, es una burbuja de felicidad que ponemos a andar nosotros mismos mientras entonamos los acordes juntos, no importa lo que pase de la puerta de la sala hacia afuera, la magia que hacemos dentro es superior, aunque existan ciertos problemas eventuales en la agrupación, la realidad es que hemos logrado mucho como artistas incluso por el hecho de ser amigos, porque no podríamos hacer música tan perfecta si no nos amaramos como amigos...

I look around me and compare my life with the jobs I had before. Of course I have always been happy in every step I have taken, but in McDonald's, the call centres and in the public administration office where I worked before I could not say that everyone was my friend, and we were always around 15 people in all those places. Here we are more than 90, I don't remember the exact number, but we don't reach 100, but I can share a pleasant time with any of my colleagues, and as I say, sometimes they have attitudes of hating each other, but it is enough that we sing sublime music like the one I share in this video for them to get over it and we all end up hugging and sharing our best galas in the social networks.

Veo a mi al rededor y comparo mi vida con los trabajos que tuve anteriormente. Por supuesto que siempre he sido feliz en cada paso que he dado, pero en Mc Donald's, los Call Centers y en la oficina de administración pública donde trabajé antes no podía decir que todos eran mis amigos, y eso que siempre eramos al rededor de 15 personas en todos esos lugares. Aquí somos más de 90, no recuerdo el número exacto, pero no llegamos a 100, pero puedo compartir un rato ameno con cualquiera de mis compañeros, y como les digo, a veces tienen actitudes de odiarse entre sí, pero basta que cantemos música sublime como la que les comparto en este video para que se les pase y todos terminemos abrazados y compartiendo nuestras mejores galas en las redes sociales.

I would not change any of them, in fact I regret that many of them have had to leave, but I wish that more people would come to the group, healthy and respectful people so that harmony continues. I've read a lot of messages that workmates are not your friends, and I don't deny that, but those who follow me know that I don't have a normal job, not that everything is rosy, but I can't deny that the people here motivate me to come every day and that I just have to choose anyone at random to have a good time. I think it's also about the vision I have of the world and my personality, as I don't think everyone thinks the same as me, but I refer to the evidence when I write this post, really all the quarrels disappear after a great concert or on tour, touring is the greatest moment to share and there is so much intimacy between us that we all end up harmonizing with each other's feelings and that brings great artistic benefits.

No cambiaría a ninguno de ellos, de hecho lamento que muchos se han tenido que ir, pero deseo que lleguen más personas a la agrupación, personas sanas y respetuosas para que la armonía continúe. He leído muchos mensajes de que los compañeros de trabajo no son tus amigos, y no niego que así sea, pero quienes me siguen saben que no tengo un trabajo normal, tampoco es que todo sea color de rosas, pero no puedo negar que las personas de aquí me motivan a venir cada día y que solo tengo que elegir a cualquiera al azar para pasar un rato agradable. Creo que también se trata de la visión que tengo del mundo y de mi personalidad, ya que no creo que todos piensen igual que yo, pero me remito a las pruebas cuando escribo este post, de verdad todas las riñas desaparecen después de un gran concierto o en una gira, las giras son el momento más grande para compartir y hay tanta intimidad den nosotros que todos terminamos armonizando con el sentir del prójimo y eso trae grandes beneficios artísticos.

I am already 35 years old, and I have gone through great processes of change, especially this year, so my recommendation to all those who read me is not to lose your essence as a person, but at the same time to practice respect for others and self-respect. Very late I understood that to be good with others I must first be good with myself, in fact I have a couple of months putting my needs first and I have been doing very well, I have even attracted good people and I have seen the best of my friends, these guys that are in these pictures. I have also noticed the people who moved away just because now I am me first, the respect was always there, but they didn't like me saying yes to everything like before so they are not there anymore, those were not friends, even practicing self respect has made me recognise the reality in people.... Practice harmony guys, I have always had a phrase in my life that says: "If you have the opportunity to choose between being right and being kind, choose kindness"...

Ya tengo 35 años, y he pasado por grandes procesos de cambio, especialmente este año, así que mi recomendación para todos los que me leen es que no pierdan su esencia como persona, pero al mismo tiempo practiquen el respeto al prójimo y el auto respeto. Muy tarde entendí que para estar bien con los demás debo estar bien primero conmigo mismo, de hecho tengo un par de meses poniendo mis necesidades primero y me ha ido muy bien, incluso he atraído a gente buena y he visto lo mejor de mis amigos, estos chicos que salen en estas fotografías. También he notado a la gente que se alejó solamente porque ahora soy yo primero, el respeto siempre estuvo ahí, pero no les gustó que nos les dijera que sí a todo como antes así que ya no están, esos no eran amigos, incluso practicar el auto respeto me ha hecho reconocer la realidad en las personas... Practiquen la armonía muchachos, yo siempre he tenido una frase de vida que dice: "Si tienes la oportunidad de elegir entre la razón y ser amable, elige la amabilidad"...
