Hello Hive Afritunes week #83 my name is @jesus-son and in this week I wish to share with you a song presentation and a short reflection on it. I hope that you enjoy what I bring you here, thank you for the visit.

In the Christian doctrine, we are often called upon to reflect upon our lives each day and tell ourselves the truth if we have done well or not. And if we have done well, we should keep it up but if badly, then there is need for a conversion of heart.

I think it should be a rule for any responsible life in general. Every human person needs that time for an evaluation of conscience. A life lived without moments of introspection and evaluation will most often not lead well. Thus, we should be men and women of contemplation.

It is true that in the world these days, people do not want to go into reflection because they are afraid of the fruit of the silent moments. They are afraid that they would reprimand themselves of the evils they have developed an habit for and wouldn't want to come out of it. However, it is not the best way to live. The best way to live is to try to get rid of the negatives and imbibe positive values that would yield growth.

The song I present here is one that speaks on this theme of self introspection and then submission of oneself to Christ. Here, the lyrics is very clear in its message. It seeks the Lord to help in searching our hearts since we cannot actually even tell ourselves the whole truth of the state of our souls.

It seeks the Lord to help ascertain the negativities in our lives and mend them so that they can be positive. It was fun singing this song, therfore, I hope you derive some meaning and joy from this. Thanks for listening.
