Afritunes Week 77 || Breathe by Dunsin Oyekan (cover) by @jessicaossom
It is another week, also the last day for week 77 of the weekly musical event for Hivers to share African music in the Afritunes community.
Breath by Dunsin Oyekan is what I thought to share as my cover for this week's event.

I have been very busy trying to study for the test that is approaching. It was last night I quickly took a break and recorded my video.
I honestly didn't want to do something so extra, but I wanted to make sure that it is something I could always watch again in the future and be glad that I did something worth watching.
Basically, each time I record a video, no matter the duration, my objective is always to do something that I can look back on and be proud of.
Just as the song lyrics say, when the Lord breathes upon someone, everything dead in one's life receives restoration. Everything changes for the better.
These days, many of us wake up to our daily hustles, but do you know that if you don't have the Lord's blessing on what you're doing, all your hard work will just be a waste of time?
Don't get me wrong, scripture condemns lazy people. If anyone doesn't work, they shouldn't eat.
My point is that we have to reverence the Lord in all that we do. Also, we have to come to the understanding that without the Lord, we are nothing.
Most times we spend time in the place of prayer asking for the wrong things without realizing it. Think about it.
Remember King Solomon? Out of all he could have asked for, the only thing he chose to ask God for was wisdom. This shows us the importance of understanding what we truly need and having the wisdom to recognize it. We should strive to be more like Solomon and ask for the right things. Aligning our requests with God’s will will bring us true peace and joy.
I appreciate your time here.
