Greetings to the Vibes Web3 music community and all the amazing participants who keeps it active and interesting to always visit. For week 37, I'm singing 'Ain't No Sunshine' by Bill Withers. I think 'Ain't No Sunshine' is a soulful song that captures the pain of losing someone you love. The lyrics really speak to the heart, and I believe that's why this song remains timeless, it's one of those classics that never gets old.

What I did while scoring this song, I recorded myself singing the song the way I knew I could at first, and the first take sounded more like a karaoke and it was in the original key. To be honest, it wasn't quite what I was going for, but it was a start. After completing that take, I was motivated to try again but to give it a little twist here and there to make it a little bit unique, to make it my own.

So what I did was change the lyrics from "she's gone" to "he's gone", and I changed the melody in some parts and I just did my thing. I also transposed it a semitone higher, giving it a slightly different feel. The entire process took about 3 hours to finalize, and I'd like to give a shoutout to my friend who gave me the motivation and push I needed to experiment and make the cover a bit more decent.
