¡Hola Vibes! Que agradable se siente poder volver a compartir mi arte en esta maravillosa comunidad luego de varias semanas sin poder subir vídeo.

Cuando supe del tema de esta semana 29, "Años 90”, al instante sabía cuál sería mi canción a interpretar y que por tanto no podía perder la oportunidad de participar esta vez.

Hello Vibes! How nice it feels to be able to share my art again in this wonderful community after several weeks without being able to upload video.

When I found out about this week's 29th theme, "90s", I instantly knew what my song to perform would be and therefore I couldn't miss the opportunity to participate this time.

"You’ll be in my heart” o "En mi corazón vivirás" en su traducción al español, es una de las baladas creada e interpretada por Phil Collins en 1999 que dan vida a la banda sonora de la película animada Tarzán.

Phil Collins compuso la canción poco después del nacimiento de su hija Lily Collins. En ese momento, Lily era un bebé y Phil estaba profundamente conmovido por la experiencia de ser padre. La letra refleja el amor incondicional y la promesa de protección que un padre siente hacia su hijo.

Collins mencionó en entrevistas que, aunque la canción estaba destinada a la película (donde Kala, la gorila madre, canta a Tarzán bebé), él pensó en Lily al escribirla. Era su manera de expresar que, sin importar los desafíos, siempre estaría ahí para ella.

"You'll be in my heart" or "En mi corazón vivirás" in its Spanish translation, is one of the ballads created and performed by Phil Collins in 1999 that give life to the soundtrack of the animated film Tarzan.

Phil Collins composed the song shortly after the birth of his daughter Lily Collins. At the time, Lily was a baby and Phil was deeply moved by the experience of becoming a father. The lyrics reflect the unconditional love and promise of protection that a father feels toward his child.

Collins mentioned in interviews that, although the song was intended for the film (where Kala, the mother gorilla, sings to baby Tarzan), he thought of Lily when writing it. It was his way of expressing that no matter the challenges, he would always be there for her.

El día que Noah nació tras un complicado parto, y una espera que se hizo eterna, cuando por fin lo tuve en mis brazos a salvo, tanto a mi bebé como a su mamá @olgaestrella, supe que no habría nada en el mundo que no haría para protegerlos.

Como papá primerizo y a días de cumplir mis 30, escucho este tema y es una mezcla de sentimientos encontrados. Me siento profundamente conectado con la letra de la canción y el sentimiento que emana. Muero de ganas de que llegue el momento de sentarme a ver nuevamente Tarzán, pero esta vez acompañado por mi pequeño. Ser padre te hace más adulto que nunca y a la vez, de alguna hermosa manera te devuelve a la niñez.

The day Noah was born after a complicated birth, and a wait that seemed eternal, when I finally held him safe in my arms, both my baby and his mother @olgaestrella, I knew that there would be nothing in the world that I would not do to protect them.

As a first-time dad and just days away from turning 30, I hear this song and it is a mix of mixed feelings. I feel deeply connected to the lyrics of the song and the feeling it exudes. I'm dying for the time to sit down and watch Tarzan again, but this time accompanied by my little one. Being a father makes you more adult than ever and at the same time, in some beautiful way it returns you to childhood.

Mi familia es mi motor impulsor para sobreponerme cada día a las adversidades que me impone la vida. Me hace fuerte, me hace capaz de creer que puedo con todo y me obliga a salir de mi zona de confort. La prueba viviente de ello son los vídeos que he creado para Vibes. Nunca antes en mi vida tuve la valentía de enfrentarme a un público a cantar solo, siempre me he escudado detrás de mi guitarra y he utilizado mi voz para acompañar la mayoría de las veces por complejos e inseguridades que me atormentaban en cuanto al tono de mi voz o el miedo a no ser suficiente.

My family is my driving force to overcome the adversities that life imposes on me every day. It makes me strong, it makes me capable of believing that I can do anything and it forces me to get out of my comfort zone. Living proof of this are the videos I have created for Vibes. Never before in my life did I have the courage to face an audience to sing alone, I have always hidden behind my guitar and I have used my voice to accompany most of the times due to complexes and insecurities that tormented me regarding the tone of my voice or the fear of not being enough.

Quiero dar las gracias a Vibes, estaré infinitamente agradecido con esta comunidad por abrirme las puertas y dejarme formar parte de la familia. Mostrar mi música aquí es un regalo inmenso. Cada semana veo mi nombre en la lista de los posibles ganadores de futuras semanas que publican los jueces y la felicidad me invade, me dan ganas de seguir intentándolo cada vez con más fuerzas. Ustedes me han ayudado a creer en mi y a seguir, me recuerdan que soy capaz de conseguir cualquier cosa que me proponga, por mi, y por las personas que quiero.

Un abrazo grande a todos, en especial a los jueces por el trabajo que realizan y a todos los concursantes que dan lo mejor de sí mismos semana tras semana. Mucha suerte y que las buenas vibras los acompañen.

I want to thank Vibes, I will be infinitely grateful to this community for opening the doors to me and letting me be part of the family. Showing my music here is an immense gift. Every week I see my name on the list of possible winners of future weeks that the judges publish and happiness invades me, it makes me want to keep trying harder and harder. You have helped me believe in myself and continue, you remind me that I am capable of achieving anything I set my mind to, for myself, and for the people I love.
