My Entry in Vibes Week 18. A Live Performance of my favourite Cover Naat

▶️ Watch on 3Speak

Hello to my #vibes community. Week 18 has already started. The theme of this week is "Disney songs". I cannot relate to this theme, but I hope you will enjoy my melodious entry into week 18 of the Vibes Web3 music competition.

In the last competition, I was nominated in the top 10 by our respected judges @verbal-d and @silentscreamer, but unfortunately, I could not qualify in the top six. I am trying my best to improve my skills of singing and trying to come up with something special for my vibes community. Thumbs up to @lordbutterfly for providing us with such a wonderful platform for the expression of our talent. I am grateful to her.

Today I am going to perform a soulful Naat Sharif. A Capella entry because I do not know how to play any musical instrument. But hopefully, I will learn musical instruments in future.

The lyrics of my today's entry are as under:

Rok laity he apki Nisbet
Teer jitne bhi ham pe chaltey hain
Ye karam he Huzoor SAWW ka ham par
Aaney waley azab taltey hain

Apni auqat sirf itni he
Kuch nhe baat sirf itni he
Kal bhi tukron pe unke paltey they
Ab bhi tukron pe unke paltey hain
Ye karam he Huzoor SAWW ka ham par
Aaney waley azaab taltey hain

Rok laiti he apki nisbat
Teer jitne bhi ham pe chaltey hain
Ye karam he Huzoor SAWW ka ham par
Aaney waley azab taltey hain

Ab hamain kya koi giraye ga
Har sahar galley lgaye ga
Ke ham ne khud ko gitmra lya he wahan
Girney waley jahan sambhaltey hain
Aao bazar-e Mustafa SAWW ko chalain
Khotey sikkey jahan pe chaltey hain

Rok laiti he apki nisbat
Teer jitne bhi ham pe chaltey hain
Ye karam he Huzoor SAWW ka ham par
Aaney waley azab taltey hain

Here is the translation of the Urdu poem into English:

Your kindness stops the arrows that come our way
This is the blessing of the Prophet (SAWW) upon us, warding off impending calamities

Our worth is only this much, nothing more
We were broken into pieces, and still, we are broken into pieces
This is the blessing of the Prophet (SAWW) upon us, warding off impending calamities

Your kindness stops the arrows that come our way
This is the blessing of the Prophet (SAWW) upon us, warding off impending calamities

Now, who will pity us? Every city will taunt us
For we have fallen, where the fallen are supported

Come, let's go to the market of Mustafa (SAWW)
Where counterfeit coins are accepted
Your kindness stops the arrows that come our way
This is the blessing of the Prophet (SAWW) upon us, warding off impending calamities.

This is a cover of Naat, originally recited by different Naat humans in which our famous Pakistani musician Abrar ul Haq is included.

I hope you will enjoy this melodious entry. I am pretty sure that this entry will be the best of the lot.

Thank you so much for stopping.
